We arrived to do the water heater and furnace service plan. The tenant then told us about 3 plumbing issues. Darryl replaced the shower cartridge, kitchen and bathroom sink faucets right at this service appointment. This was good that we got everything done during the one visit.

Three days after Christmas, 2022, my wife noted our garage floor to be flooded with water. After investigating, I found the source to be our 12-year-old and out of warranty hot water heater. Having used Baird and Crockett Plumbing for three major plumbing problems in the past, I called them again. After explaining the situation, they promised to come to our home the next morning. Eric, the Baird and Crockett service person arrived on time and after we agreed on the price for a new water heater, he cleaned up the mess caused by the old heater and did a very professional job installing the new one. Eric then went into our house to check the hot water flow at our kitchen sink. Immediately, he noted that that the swing spout of our kitchen sink faucet was leaking badly when the water was turned on. I had intended to fix it myself later and had a set of tools already sitting right there on the counter. After discussing my proposed fix for the faucet, Eric recommended it be replaced instead and said he include it in with our cost for the water heater. He then went to his truck and brought in two new faucets of the same type to show us. After choosing the one we liked the best, he crawled under our sink and soon we had a brand-new kitchen sink faucet too. Baird and Crockett certainly went beyond our expectations during this visit; I would not hesitate to call them again in time of need.

The team at Biard & Crockett Plumbing and Heating has been outstanding in installing our new HVAC system. From the very beginning, from the very first call, Cesar, Kyle, Luis and everyone on team was very pleasant and accommodating and professional.

Communication was excellent throughout. Not only every call was answered immediately but I made several appointments with Cesar, and he always arrived on time and took the time to explain the issues and options. He was willing to answer any questions I had. I received a communication when he was on his way and when the visit was completed it was communicated as well.

They were very patient in giving us the time we needed to get to the correct decision. Once the decision was made, they scheduled us immediately.

The technicians arrived as scheduled on time and were prepared. There were no interruptions to our daily operations during the installation and hardly anyone noticed they were here making a change.

Our new HVAC unit is working beautifully, and the office personnel are very satisfied. Thank you All, Great job!

Had a slab leak. Eric came by and gave me honest options to fix the leak. I made the decision based on that. He was honest, kind and finished the job so my family could have water after 4 days. Thank you Eric!

Eddie came and did a wonderful job replacing our shower cartridge and now the shower is working very well. He was very professional and kept the price to what he advised us up front. Very pleased and will call him again. Many thanks Eddie for your superb job. Could not have gone more perfect.

Eric the technician was very professional, organized, and efficient. Water heater installation went smoothly and timely. Explained what the plan was and executed the plan.

The quote was slightly expensive, though even if it was the cheapest quote, they way the technician snapped at me when trying to understand the quote, I would not have gone with their team nor refer them.

When asking how come the quote was significantly higher than previous times to unclog our sink with another company (twice the amount, I figured maybe there was an additional problem), he snapped at me and raised his voice saying, "I'm not the owner. I don't make the prices so I can't tell you why they are like that" he attempted to continue but I cut him off and asked again to please explain to me why they are charging this amount, what is going on? He then explained but did so as if I was an inconvenience to him. Never would I recommend them.
Their field techs are the face of their company, and honestly failed me after being in my house for only 5 minutes.

You've done a lot of work for us over many, many years and we've always trusted your honest and dependable service. We've never been disappointed, although a problem occurred recently when we tried to deal with your so-called "emergency crew" at 12 a.m. We were trying to avoid a potential flooding disaster after our indoor plumbing backed up. After we placed six or seven consecutive phone calls to them from 12 a.m. to 3 a.m., with absolutely no success, we finally gave up. However, we've never had a problem dealing with your daytime staff and have always received a timely and courteous response. The replace of my main sewer line has been handled honestly and professionally. I will continue to depend on your services in the future knowing it will be done to my expectations. Thank you!

Had a kitchen sink that was backing up that my own little snake couldn’t clear. They’re a little more expensive than those $99 clean out commercials you hear on the radio. However, our service pro took the time to make sure everything was good. He didn’t just run his snake through and bust outta here onto his next job. We ran the water a long time to just to be sure that the clog wasn’t just pushed down the line. While we were waiting, he even did a couple other small things to improve water flow out of the faucets.
