My dear Dad always spoke highly of Biard & Crockett and as usual he was right! Eddie and Jesse just completed 3 plumbing projects at our home. We have an old house and there was a problematic "surprise" with each project. They met each challenge with good humor, professionalism and excellent workmanship. So grateful to have everything done - and done right!

Technicians were really great: responsible, courteous, honest. Working with their front office was also easy and they were very responsive.

Annual A/C service and installed a wired-in thermostat to replace the broken one. Darryl @ Biard and Crockett was quick in getting everything done, very courteous, helpful, and answered all of my questions.

Erick came out and fixed my plumbing issues promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this Biard and Crockett.

Greg was great! Very professional and knowledgeable, addressed all of our concerns and took the time to explain answers to my questions as he fixed our leaky ceiling and toilet. The woman I spoke to on the phone (Paige, I believe) provided excellent service as well - after initially letting me know their earliest availability was the next morning, she spoke to her manager who sent someone to our house within the hour. We will be using them for any future issues and highly recommend their services.

We have used Biard & Crockett for well over 30 years for our plumbing needs. Their service is always top-notch!

These guys are the best. I have used them for over 20 years. They have replaced faucets and fixtures, replaced toilets, repaired garbage disposals, unclogged drains, addressed water heater issues, and even replumbed the entire house. They are personable, knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming, and always show up on time. They use only top-quality materials, do a neat job, and never leave a mess.

OK. No problem with the service technicians. However, the only service required was a filter change. Evidently, this was not included. Would not renew.

I have been using them now as my go to service for my pluming needs. Consistent high quality service is what I like and expect and B & C provides that. Once again, they are not the cheapest but they are worth the cost if you want it done right.
