We found We Care through Costco. We were confident that if Costco is entrusting their customers to We Care then they have to be reputable and trustworthy. Malachi started the process with the inspection and provided a thorough estimate outlining our choices. We were able to reach him to answer our questions even after the inspection. Eddie and his team completed the work. They were respectful of our property and put down a drop cloth from the front door to the attic entrance. They were polite and kind. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend We Care. We look forward to many cool and comfortable summers! ☀️

Excellent service. Installed new furnace, AC, smart thermostat, and high quality home filtration system through Costco program. Installers were professional and I am happy with the end result. High quality system and installation was smooth. New thermostat is great and the smart home connectivity is easy to use. Installers made sure to demo the features and how to use the system. They also made sure I was satisfied with the install at each step during the process. Highly recommend!

Joe was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and friendly and fixed our problem. The repair price seemed fair and was done quickly. He also went above and beyond to help check some other plumbing issues around our house and discovered that we have water pressure issues, potentially saving us from huge issues down the road. If he hadn't offered to check the pressure before he left we wouldn't have known. Very thankful for his genuine care for a job well done.

I had a great experience using We Care. From working with Ryan on selecting the right systems for my home to working with Greg, Nico, and Eric through the installation, everything was professional and smooth. I truly appreciated the care the technicians exhibited in keeping on including us in decisions during installation (like the orientation of our outdoor units) and keeping things clean and orderly throughout and after the work process. Greg was helpful in explaining the thermostat functions, Nico answered all of my questions on the furnace installation, and Eric/Greg were excellent in coordinating expectations through the process. I truly appreciate the quality of product and service at We Care and would be comfortable recommending them to others!

The technician was not friendly and his communication regarding the completion of the job was unclear. There was a jasmine bush growing next to the condenser outside. He said he couldn't work inside the equipment because the bush was in the way. It took me less than two minutes to cut the bush away from the machine but the technician said it wasn't safe and I would have to have my gardener clear out the branches. (But I'd just cut them back myself.) He also stated that it was five o'clock and the company expected him back at a certain time. I asked for clarification several times. I cut away the branches so why not complete the job?

The technician recommended in her report about $3,200 of repairs, but she did not identify what are they in her report. I contacted her a couple of times, she said that she will follow up but so far no response. Also, the other technician was suppose to clean the compressor, but she did not remove the panels.

The technician worked on an efficient manner and then gave us a comprehensive summary of his findings and determinations that he made. This gives us confidence that our heating system is in good working order

Ed was very friendly to give us the in-home consultation. Dunia was nice helping us with the paper work. Javier and Raul did a great job installing our new system. They work fast and effectively. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with the service they provided. Thank you We Care!
