Purchased a Lennox HVAC through Costco and We Care is the assigned installer. From the sales rep to the installers we got knowledgeable, professional service. The installation was quick, work areas were protected and clean up was very good. So far, we are happy with our HVAC system and installation.
*Follow up annual maintenance was extremely expensive. $422 to swap out a filter on a 12 month old hvac? This $422 charge was in addition to $200 paid for their annual "membership" which saved me $75.00. So the service plus the membership fee actually cost me an additional $125.00 on top of the over priced visit. I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend them despite my original comment on the installation above. I'm definitely feeling taken advantage of.....

The assigned tech Matthew McCullough was on time, he explained what he was going to do with his check and review of both the a/c and heating systems, he answered all the questions I had and also helped me set up remote access to the system with the app. Very satisfied with this experience as well as my last service calls always good techs!

Michael was on time, very thorough with his work, and was able to communicate about all and every issue on maintaining my heater

Paid $78 for service visit and rejected quote of $500+ to replace two faucet handles to my clothes washer lines. Far too expensive.

Made the right decision going with a costco backed company with good rebates, incentives, and prices; they outdid the top competition, nextgen in southern california. I stopped by the counter inside a local costco in chino hills and spoke to john a U.S. coast guard veteran who gave me a same day consultation on a saturday. Super impressed with the speed and timely manner they did with my needs for a whole hvac upgrade and completion within 3 days. Was also able to get the whole project financed. Nonetheless all equipment was installed up to code and permits fully taken care of by wecare. Awesome job.

I had Trey and his partner Malik come over to do a tune up/check up for my furnace. They are both super professional and nice, they quickly found my furnace in the attic, they explain to me about everything they found out and what they think I should replace and fix. They did not push me or force me to do anything, they gave me their professional advice and I loved it. They cleaned up everything before they left and Trey emailed me all the different quotes and options I can do. I love the way they work and I love how they took their time to explain things to me and would answer all the questions I had. Thanks again Trey and Malik! You guys are awesome!

Jacob was professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He provided me with several options and suggestions for my dinosaur AC unit and furnace. When we are ready, we will use we care to handle our AC replacement.
