We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air - Orange County

In June 2023 we installed a Lennox AC condenser and evaporation coils through Costco. The technicians, Alberto and Rashone who worked for We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air were knowledgeable and professional. They explained and checked everything before they left. They offered 10 year warranty on equipment and labor.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring We Care to install a brand new HVAC system in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation with exceptional precision. Not only does my new HVAC system operate flawlessly, but it has also significantly improved the overall comfort of my home. I highly recommend We Care for their top-notch service and outstanding craftsmanship.

I was at Costco and “We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air” was offering a maintenance service for a great deal. Jacob, our tech, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and concerns. Jacob was very quick and walked us through step by step what he was doing that day. Our A/C was on the roof and it was no issue going up and checking our unit. Honestly, the service was great and I will be using them again.

Brian and Team (Raymond, Manny, and Jose) were all amazing! They made this is easy, and a seamless experience from beginning to end.

Service technician was courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. He checked my AC system and found it in good operating condition. He changed the Lennox AC/furnace carbon filters which I provided. Recommended replacing or adding 2 different Compressor start /hard start caps, we’ll see if needed. They are pricey. Recommended AC unit (I have 2 units) washing / cleaning but at over $600 quoted for that service, I can do that myself. Somewhat surprised that is not included in my service / maintenance contract.

Tech was respectful of my home and professional, wore booties inside the house. Pleased with his service and courtesy.

Nicolas Jimenez and his coworker came to my house to do an instal. He is very professional and knowledgeable when did put our system. If we had any question he was able to help us out. Both of them know what they are doing. Am very happy with our new heating and cooling unit.

I can’t express how pleased we are with the responsiveness. Everyone else we called who represented that they are a 7 day a week company, wanted to schedule on Monday or Tuesday. One company, All Pro Plumbing, sent me an appointment confirmation last night. Then, when I called about the schedule this morning to see where we were, I was told that they overbooked for Sunday and would be happy to get to me Monday from 8-12. The other company said I could schedule for Monday or Tuesday or they could send someone today and would charge us $450 non-wavable call out charge. Not only did we-care get a technician out today, the technician that they sent was professional, efficient, and responsive. He arrived a half hour earlier than anticipated and immediately got to work. I will call them again for sure. Excellent company.

Very professional team came out. From the start everyone was great. They laid out different systems. We choose the best system for our home based on our needs. If you need a new system or just looking for an upgrade I recommend speaking to John at chino hills Costco. Very professional with a lot of knowledge.
