Received the furnace inspection today and the service tech Jacob Tauala was very courteous, polite and helpful in every aspect of the inspection. Jacob informed me of the inspection and displayed the photos taken of the furnace. Jacob later sent the photos to my email for my own records. Andrew was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He performed an extremely thorough safety and functionality inspection and provided photos of the condition of my system. He made recommendations based on needs or improvements. He is an outstanding technician in whom We Care should be especially appreciative. I will be requesting Andrew for all future HVAC services.

When the tech arrived, he when right to work and the first thing he showed me the filter and said this looks very clean and replied that I just replaced it. He went to to work and was done in about 20 minutes and said my furnace was the cleanest one he was that day. I asked him if the furnace was working properly and he said yes. Signed some digital paper work and he went on his way. Good job.
