Our old HVAC died on Tuesday morning, contacted COSTCO and they had We Care Plumbing Heating and Air respond within an hour and someone out that day! Brian looked over our old system and walked us through the COSTCO options that day with a quick and easy purchase process. Because we have an elderly relative living with us they were able to prioritize install for next day. Alfonzo, Felipe and Manny were our installers that did an amazing and quality install. They were very polite, very knowledgeable and answered all my question on the system as they installed it. Absolute best service I’ve received from an HVAC company! The Lennox system is so quiet we barely can tell it is on.

The central air system in our home died on us just as the heatwave of summer was hitting its peak. My wife and I shopped around for quotes for repairs and installations. When we got to We Care, we knew we were in good hands. Our rep Chris was incredible and easy to work with. He showed us options that worked best for our setup and gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with We Care and their attention to a quality installation. Whenever we had any follow up questions while we considered our options, Chris was patient and swift to get back to us with the info we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend this service, and especially request Chris, he’ll will take care of you :)

Arthur arrived on time, was professional, and communicative. He installed our air filtration system and showed me pictures of the final installation so I didn’t need to crawl into the attic.

I had a technician come to take a look at a problem I was having and he was very professional, helpful, and courteous.

Hard time getting someone to show up. They text u one time and then do not show up. I always use to get good service not sure whats going on. Trying one more time to get the service I'm used to getting. Come on guys .
