I give five stars for the tech but the price I have to pay to replace a thermostat panel for the switch for the house fan is ridiculous almost $250 plus the $49 for coming out today the piece I need is probably about $20. That is why I gave a three star.

The technician Jacob was knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained what he saw and options for future improvements if I was interested, but didn’t try to pressure sell anything. I would recommend him and WC heating and air.

Great customer service throughout entire process. I called earlier in the week to see if a technician would be available to unclog a shower drain and was scheduled with my next availability. Our technician arrived on time and successfully unclogged the drain. He explained the service warranty included. So far all good. Thank you all at We Care. I would highly recommend We Care service and would return for service if needed.

We are very happy to go through Costco and choose We care company to install the new air conditioner. This company has performed very professionally from the consultation to the installation staff. We did make the right decision to choose this company.

My technician Jacob Tauala came to service my AC unit. Jacob was very courteous and honest, he went above and beyond to take care of my needs.

The tech called to keep me updated on the arrival time. Was on time, professional, friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing. Offered recommendations on preventive services.
