We installed heating &air conditioning systems. "We care" is an amazing company extremely organized, professional, caring, reliable, dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction. They stand behind their word and workmanship. The installers, Omar and Josimar, were courteous, respectful, on time, worked very hard to complete job on a timely manner meticulous, and extremely, professional. Once the job was completed they cleaned, packed, took everything we didn't want. Left the area cleaner then it was. Everyone in the office accommodating, and professional and listening to detail and concerns with any questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend "We Care" to anyone wanting to be treated with the utmost care. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that has integrity and strides in customer satisfaction.

They canceled the 1st appointment on me and came at the wrong time frame. The technician didn't even have the shoe covers with him.

We had our 21 year old HVAC system replaced by We Care Plumbing Heating and Air through a Costco deal. The pre-installation process was smooth and professional, thanks to Brian who was very knowledgeable, kind, and did an outstanding job. After signing all the paperwork via DocuSign (very convenient), the installation took place just a few days later. Nin it’s probably one of the most thorough repair people I’ve ever had! Not only was he on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough he was just a very nice man!
As soon as Nin left I called your corporate office to tell them how impressed I was with his service! He superseded just about any service person I’ve ever had in my house! You should be proud to have an employee like him! I will request him and hope that I get him in the future!

I had a routine maintenance today performed by Chris! He was excellent! Took care of everything my HVAC needed and informed me more about my unit than I even knew. He had a very friendly personality and you could tell he truly took immense pride in what he does. He was also extremely professional! I will be requesting him to perform all of my future maintenance needs! You have a keeper here We Care air!!

Jason, was very thorough and professional. He walked me through every step of the service. He advised me on what was wrong what should be done and a final assessment.

My water heater was serviced. All work was done well, and Carlos, my technician, was polite, positive and helpful!
