Your service included NOTHING. We didn’t sign up for an analysis on our units. We thought that it would be cleaning and trusted Costco to advertise this service. It’s ridiculous to see all the options on my email. Please remove my email and phone from your records I do not want to hear from your company Guy you sent was nice but this was not what we were told at Costco it is a scam to come to homes and do all this analysis if I had been told this would happen I would if not signed for it. Very disappointed

I had great service today from Arturo Trujillo of We Care Plumbing, Heating, Air. Just in time for the approaching warm weather, my air conditioner and furnace were tuned up, and filter replaced. For System Restorations and enhancement a surge protector was recommended and installed for protection from unforseen challenges or power outage and a compressor saver kit which I hear is most popular among home owner.

The installers arrived on time, they were friendly and answered our questions, performed the authorized work, and did a good job (so far, so good. — it’s only been about 90 minutes since they left).

Andrew was great, and was very helpful today. We Care also instead my my whole system AC, heater and duct-work about 6 years ago. I have not had any problem with it. I would highly recommend them. Great job guys.

I have called this company yesterday and have been told they charge $79 to unclog one drain and they confirmed many times that there is no extra charges. They made an appointment for service today and their technician came in with $350 invoice before doing anything. I told him I have been told $79 and thats why you are here but he didn’t accept it.
I am writing this review hopefully you don’t believe this layer people like what I did and don’t wait 24 hours or more for them to come out with a bill 5 times more than they promised.

Malik St Cyr did a top notch job first of all. He came with another guy, I forget his name, who turned the hose off at the nozzle, which was leaking, instead of at the shutoff to the hose after cleaning our condenser. We didn’t realize it until 2 days later. We’re going to see that on our next water bill.

WeCare handles schedules maintenance on my Lennox heat & A/C unit. Their services has always been responsive, courteous and with high quality. Thank you.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He recommended a couple of other repairs, which I will do soon. I highly recommend this company.

Mike was on time. He was able to troubleshoot the source of my issue. Had to wait for a part but I was first on the list the next day. Excellent service.
