Trey, the service person, did a good job. He is very kind and personable. After the visit, he informed me of the repairs. He informed me of cleanings that our unit still need to be done. Art Curiel

Since I just received this message from you asking how my appointment went this morning, I'll feel free to respond here. We just had a brand new HVAC system installed by We Care less than 2 years ago. This past Monday we woke up to a freezing cold house. I immediately checked to see if we may have forgotten to click on the heater the night before, because we always turn it off in the mornings while we are at work. Turns out the system was ON but not producing heat. I called WC and made an appointment. It wouldn't be until Thursday that a tech could come. In the meantime, the heater started to work again and I thought maybe I was just imagining there was a problem - until last night when the furnace again, would not work properly. It sounded like it was running, but it was so faint that you could barely hear it was on. I could feel it vibrating when I placed my hand there, but nothing else was happening, and usually when this furnace is running, youll know it. Its extremely loud. Its located in the laundryroom and it can be heard throughout the house. So they did send a tech out this morning, which I appreciated that quick response, but it cost me $78 for him to tell me the issue is a faulty igniter, and that he would need to order the part, then went on to inform me that we would have to pay the labor cost for installation of the new one. Since we have a 10 year warranty on the new equipment, the cost of the part is waived, but we are responsible for the rest. Can someone please explain to me how the consumer should be responsible to pay a labor installation fee for a faulty part on a unit that is less than 2 years old?? An even better question is, WHY is the igniter faulty after only 2 years, in the first place?? And we have to freeze for several more days until the tech returns with the part. This is unacceptable!!

I have an annual maintenance plan and love it. They always call you to set appointments, staff is always on time, very personalable, and professional. Anthony Victoria came out today and was thorough, very friendly, and advised me of recommendations for new water heater codes. Great job as always.

Riolan. Ortega was at my home at the time he said he would be. He completed servicing our 3 Heating and Air units in about an hour. He gave me a report on the units and told me that he would be back in a few months to get ready for air conditioning service.

Had a leak in the wall and Jason L come out and even let me know he was on his way. Their prices seemed fair compared to other quotes I had been given from others. He quickly found the source of the leak and promptly fixed the problem. He did a great job. It’s a stressful situation always dealing with the unknown, especially something that could end up costing 1000’s of dollars. But Jason was calm and knew what to do. Stellar work! I will be calling We Care for my next plumbing mishaps, not that I’m wishing for that though.
