    We Care has provided outstanding customer service from the initial sales quote, through installation and a minor install adjustment. They have been extremely communicative at every step; always reporting in on their next move and confirming every appointment time with multiple assurances that they will be there. Their technicians are friendly and helpful, on time, eager to do the job the right way, and willing to answer questions. Their office staff that answer the phones are also very positive and helpful, with expeditious follow through. I am very happy that I chose We Care, as it seems they truly do Care!

    I finally got around to shopping for a new heating/AC system to replace our 23+ year old system. I reached out to We Care Plumbing through our Costco membership and scheduled an in-home consultation. Malachi came out to our home and conducted a detailed analysis of our existing system. He was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He patiently outlined options and helped me weigh pros/cons of each system. We selected a system and scheduled the installation, Malachi made the process easy. The installation team was kind and professional. Thank you!

    The Technician, in the process of repairing the AC issue. He created a major structural damage creating a large water leak that was not present prior to him arriving. Damage continue to scale and created a power outage before he left and referred me to Home restoration company. He denied any errors of his part. I understand humans make mistakes but what makes me more upset is that the Technician and supervisor failed to take Responsibility mishandling my AC issue. That same day I had to stay at a hotel with my 4 kids due to lack of electricity and not having an electrician available. I will attach before and after images of the damages created.

    I highly recommend We Care because of the quality and promptness of their work. When there is an emergency they come over within 24 hours. We have had a hot water heater quit, and our A/C condenser had a defective part. For us it is a major convenience factor to call them. They stand behind their work. Their technicians are clean, knowledgeable, and they make sure to communicate everything. They are a solid company.

    I had hired we care to install a brand new heating and A/C unit about 5 years ago. Everything has been working great I’ve had no complaints. This year we had a warm weekend and we decided to kick on the ac to cool the house down before we went to bed. No cold air. So I had them come out to check it. They diagnosed that condenser was leaking and could visually show me where is was leaking. The part is under warranty by the manufacture which is great but obviously the labor isn’t, which I wasn’t expecting it to be. When I asked how much the labor would be to replace the condenser. They young man said well it’s a pretty complex job it takes about 5 hours, shows me his iPad and the estimate is worked up and the total is $2500. I was shocked. I work in the automotive industry and know a lot about AC 5 hours is fair but if this company thinks charging $500 an hour for labor is fair they are out of their mind. Unfortunately I’m still trying to find another company that is a vendor for the brand of ac they installed so we can have it fixed. I don’t mind paying a reasonable rate. In all honestly I was expecting him to say 1200-1500 to replace the part and recharge the Freon considering the part is 100% under warranty. But I’m sorry $2500 for a 5 hour job is robbery. Won’t be using them.

    Our tech, Joseph L, was professional, on-time, and unbelievably helpful. I received top-notch service and even an informal education on my system. Not only was my issue fixed, but I know how to prevent it in the future. Initial service call was easy to set up and they even offered to see me earlier than scheduled. Couldn’t ask for more!

    In January, We care check our furnace vents and added air purifier to rack AC unit. Then last week we notice water dripping from the ceiling.. Notifying We Care they sent technician out and he discovered the pan under the “A” frame had been broken… it was decided that the installer in January couldn’t have broken this pan “BUT” We Care is fixing the problem with “NO” charge to us… that’s going above and beyond what most companies would ever do.. Since I’m 80 and disabled my wife and I Appreciate their excellent Service.

    What another great experience with We Care. Received two new complete HVAC systems. Oscar, Nick, Eli, and Josimar were all very professional and did not stop until the job was complete. They showed up on time, explained what was going to happen, and after completion, confirmed that I understood the operations. Good job guys!!
