I called We Care for an a/c system health assessment. Jacob was sent and he took the time needed to thoroughly review my condenser unit outside and the blower/furnace in my attic. I've been presented with clear options and costs to move forward with work. Both Jacob and other reps at We Care I've spoken with have been very accepting of the questions I've had and provided clear answers.
I was very pleased with my technician Andrew Spriggs. He was very honest and forth coming about the service required. He took his time to diagnose the problem . I feel confident about using your company again for future services.
The technician, Andrew Payne, was very professional and competent. He addressed my concerns, and when he didn't have an answer, he directed me to someone in the company who did. I was very satisfied with my service visit.

Incredible experience! They were flexible with my availability. Michael came out stayed as long as he needed to…….to answer all my questions and give me all my options. The installation crew was very professional and walked me through every step of the install.
Andrew was Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, detailed and on time. He took photos of before and after routine maintenance with options and recommendations. I will use them again. They offer a useful membership program as well.

I will first say the technicians they send are punctual, courteous and professional. Now the bad. I purchased a new A/C condenser and heater blower from WeCare though Costco. I thought it would be great because it came through Costco. I even upgraded the unit for my small home, so as to protect it from overuse. To keep up my warranty, I am required to get yearly maintenance. On year TWO they told me one of the parts was starting to wear out and would need replacement soon. On year THREE they told me that same part needed to be replaced. I asked why, seeing it is a brand new unit and they told me this was a common problem. They then told me it was covered under warranty. After they fixed it, they changed their tune and said the warranty only covers a discount on parts and service. So, by year THREE I had to spend over $350 to repair a brand new unit. A friend came over during this service and admitted they had a bad experience with WeCare (hmmmm). They are purposefully selling junk and being shady about warranties. I would not recommend them to anyone. Use them at your own risk. I am realizing they are a big business (Masquerading as a small friendly business) trying to cut costs by selling low quality products.
