    Was on time, he called 30 min before
    Arriving. Very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what the problem was with the heater and what he did to fix and service the unit. He showed me before and after pictures of exactly what he did.

    Professional in every way, before, during, and after the repair, this team is top notch. Only complaint was having to wait 3 days before a Tech cold arrive. Having 8 in my home, including an elderly mother, a mainline clog was very, very difficult to live through and is something I cannot allow in the future. I hope WeCare can live up to their name the next time I need them.

    We Care came out yesterday to fix our furnace. Three different parts needed to be replaced. The following night we were having issues again, so they sent out another tech named Tyler. Tyler came for about 3 hours and took apart other parts of the furnace which were still good but need to be badly cleaned. Tyler did an outstanding job and We Care ended up waiving the service call, which I found to be very professional on their part, and which of course I greatly appreciated. Happy to have had Tyler to finish up the job. I would highly recommend We Care and ask for Tyler as your service tech.

    Definitely not what I was expecting based on reviews. I called a few days prior to my appointment and Danielle was very kind upon answering the phone. She let me know there wasn’t anything available same day and the soonest would be Saturday and that I would receive a 45 minute courtesy call prior to my appointment since the plumber would arrive between 8am and 4pm. 4:30 Saturday afternoon rolls around and still no call and no one shows up. When I call the office to advise no one has called or come by, she had no recollection of setting me up with an appointment. Indirectly calling me a liar and did not try to solve the problem at hand-needing plumbing service. I took my business elsewhere because obviously the name itself is a facade.

    Our technician Michael showed up on time, was very pleasant to speak to and very professional. He took photos of our system, showed and discuss everything with us that was not working properly and our best options to correct the issue. We paid exactly the amount they told us as well. we look forward to working with them while we replace our furnace.

    The job, fix a slab leak by re-routing the line running from main line entry into the house to the water heater, was fixed with a good quality job. However, there were a number of significant problems along the way. The technician sent at at first completely mis-diagnosed and therefore mis-fixed the problem. He spent about 5 hours diagnosing and doing some easy rerouting and when the water was turned back on it was clear that he was working on the wrong interior water line. At that point he realized he was over his head and said we needed the We Care slab leak expert. 4 days later a team of three including the expert came out - now it had been 5 days without water. The expert was very competent and diagnosed the problem (correctly) in about 2-3 hours. He left to get some additional parts and the other two stayed working. They spent about 2 hours redoing the easy re-route done 5 days earlier, apparently because protective plastic sleeves were not used around the PEX pipes that were going through studs. The expert plumber returned and the three went to work on the real job. After about 1-2 hours two of the technicians including the expert left (to go to another job) and the original technicialn remained. He worked until 10 oclock that night and did finally finish. However, he made several mistakes along the way, one very serious. One mistake was a mis-measurement in bringing the re-route pipe from the water line into the house in the laundry room to the water heater. It was a PEX line and the reroute went up through the attic about 80 feet and then down to an outdoor acessible closet below the attic. In penetrating the attic floor he came into the bedroom ceiling-wall edge on the other side of the wall from the water heater closet - significant hole in the bedroom ceiling and wall. The most serious mistake was much worse. As part of the repair it was reccomended that we replace the hot and cold water faucets for the washer in the laundary room, and that was done.
    When the technician (thought) he was finished everything he turned on the main later line (without calling anyone to help him by at least standing in the laundry room). It turns out he had left the washer valves open after he installed them. We now had many gallons of additional water sprayed around the laundry room that we had spent three days (and many dollars) destructing, cleaning, disinfecting, et cetera - not good. Oh well, I was finally able to take a shower. Good news - after talking to jennifer at we care about my experience and this review they have given me a refund which covers most of the additional costs I incurred due to the plumber leaving the wasing machine valves open. Jennifer provided excellent customer service to what was an unhappy customer. I am adding a star to my rating.
