Joseph just performed my annual tune-up on my system! I was so impressed by how thorough he was explaining every check he made on my furnace. Joseph was very professional, honest, and provided me also information on the availability of a We Care designer who can provide me direction should I decide to replace my system. My unit is 23 years old and is still working well but I realize I will need to replace it in the near future. Thank you Joseph, I am so glad you serviced my system!!!

We Care’s, service technician Jacob Cochran is friendly, professional and always does a great job! I have confidence in the work that We Care does! I feel like I’m in good hands when they show up on the job, so I highly recommend them!

Dewey and Michael did a terrific job installing a new toilet, which works great and is a huge improvement over the previous one. I'm grateful for their expertise, competence, and good humor. And I appreciate the fact that someone actually answers the phone right away at We Care—which they obviously do!

Well today I will update my review I had an excellent experience with the recent technician Mr Trujillo was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and shared information I was not previously made knowledge to. It was great to learn this information which will help me immensely with hopefully lowering my gas bill which has tripled this year. Not happy about the $49 fee but I understand it’s the only reason I don’t go five stars. Happy camper today !!

Used this company for a Noritz (read all the BBB complaints) tankless water heater and a halo 5 - shoddy install and alot of misrepresentation - feel free to call me and I can give the details - look for another company all this company cares about in my opinion is your mineyb

Jason and his assistant took out the old hot water heater and replaced it with a new 75 gallon Bradford white. They also installed new pipes and other items that were old, worn and torn. The job was completed efficiently and the clean up was great.

6/30/2022…..Both my home AC units stopped working this morning. After calling my usual AC company and told they couldn't get out to me for 2 weeks I did a Google search to find a company that could help me sooner. I had already checked the circuit breakers and had replaced the fuses but one of my units still would not come on. I called We Care and they were able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call. Michael arrived and he was very professional, friendly and clean. Of course when we tried turning on the unit while he was here it came on and started working. I asked him to go ahead and check the unit since he was here and that since it's an old unit I felt better if he would check it out and he found a potential problem and replaced the part. At no time did I feel it was a hard sell and something that I must do and he did not try to sell services or equipment that I did not ask for or need. I found the experience completely worthwhile and I would recommend this company completely. I'm thankful they were able to come out on short notice on a very hot day.

14 year old Water heater quit working. Called We Care and that came out within 20 minutes. We have to replace, but We Care will be coming out first thing in the morning to install. We have been maintaining our Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing through them for years and they always give great service and always very professional.

Had some issues with my system all issues where taken care of in a timely manner Darrell the manager heard my concerns and looked into the history of my system and came up with a game plan beneficial for all parties involved and sent one of his best Technicians Brendon Howard out to take care of any issues. Would Highly Recommend WE CARE PLUMBING, HEATING and AIR
