I've called this company multiple times to get my apartment assessed and environmentally friendly for the past two months and NO ONE ever got back to me. The receptionist is always great but this company doesn't do anything and doesn't respond. If you're looking to make upgrades and changes to your residential property, skip this company 1,000 percent!

EASE was highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Our AC was not working properly so we contacted them to figure out the issue. Joseph was our technician and he did a great job! He was on time and went right to work. He was very friendly and figured out the problem quickly. Our AC works great now! The price was more than fair. The customer service was the highlight of the job and we will definitely be recommending Joseph and EASE to all of our friends and family.

Ease California sent Joseph out to tune up my AC for summer they had a great deal on a flyer I received in the mail. He was very nice and pleasant. Because I was curious and asked he took the time to show me what he was doing and educated me on how to make sure my AC is running efficiently. One piece of advice was to be sure to change your homes filters 1-3 months depending on how much you use your system. He said that can help with longevity. I appreciate that he took the time to educate me because I know nothing about AC units. I’d gladly call Ease in the future for my AC help.

Joseph was very professional and did a very thorough check of my now 5 year old heating and air system. Did a flushing of my thankless water heater. Both tasks were completed quickly and very professionally. Highly recommend this company and they have earned my service over the company that was previously doing my yearly check ups.

I had a good and bad experience with the service I was provided. The first gentleman that came to install a water heater for me was courteous, professional. While he was here putting the water heater the gentlemen that was suppose to do work on our furnace directly lied to me and said he had to go get parts to do the job that was approved. He never returned and told Celia that he didn't have space to put the unit in that would operate my furnace and air. When I spoke to Celia at extension 79 she said that the gentleman that came was the supervisor and that she would call him and find out what happened. He told her that there was no space, but blatantly lied to me and said he would return to do the job when he got the parts. I have made several attempts to call Cecelia with no returned call as of date. My family had a cold winter and was suppose to have the work done before the cold of winter hit us. The man she said was the supervisor was extremely unproffessional and I don't understand why Cecelia or any of the other people I tried to reach would help.

The tech. from EASE did a poor job on the weatherstripping of my front door, I told him to fix it. He serviced my furnace and left it not working. No heat that night. The next day a supervisor came out and fixed it. Two things worked on, two things that had to be done twice.

If you want to hear the same robot voice over and over and get frustrated because nobody ever answers the phone or returns any calls, then go ahead and try to work with them. A few years ago, when Rudy was in charge, they did a great job, but that is over now. After tens and tens of calls and days of frustration, I decided to leave this message.
