    Our service appointment with Andrew was great – he called 20 minutes prior to showing, arrived on time and worked efficiently. He made sure to show me pictures and explain the how and why for my HVAC system. Very happy to have set up a maintenance plan with We Care.

    Our technician came out as scheduled. They gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. Tune up and inspection were done in a timely manner. Gave me a "no pressure" quote on suggested repairs. Would definitely recommend We Care!

    After COTSCO contracted the services to this company, these are the results. Apparently the company has a high percentage of quality in the market but I don't understand how they manage to achieve that because the work they did here is low quality work. I paid more than 30k for the mini split installation and the result of the company was not as expected. What I regret the most is the promise when I bought the air conditioning system that they promised the first year of maintenance at no cost and after the first year I contacted the company and denied the service. They told me that I would have to pay 3,500 or 4,000 because mini split maintenance does not cover it.

    Aaron has been out to do the the We Care Club maintenance and a follow up to do a Condenser w/Coil and Blower Assembly cleaning and disinfecting. Aaron did a great job and very customer focused. My system continues to run as designed and I know I can count on We Care to do an outstanding job. I highly recommend We Care for all your Ail Conditioning Needs.

    Trey and his assistant did a great job diagnosing the issue and they were able to repair our A/C within the time they were here.
    They were professional and explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable proceeding with their recommendations. Best part I didn’t have to replace the whole unit! I will be recommending We Care to friends and family.

    Trey is very friendly when arrive. I let Trey know the issue with the a/c. So he look over and explain the issue I had. Then he gave me my parts and explain each of them. He check and I ask what other I should do next.I ask him questions and let me know things that would need to repair. Thank you We Care

    We found We Care via seeing advertisements around town but ultimately decided to go with them after speaking with a representative in Costco. We decided to try them for our yearly A/C maintenance. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. On the initial phone call to set the appointment, I was greeted by a courteous and professional individual, who explained the process and set up the appointment. I was relieved that it wouldn’t be weeks before a technician would be dispatched as we are getting closer to summer. It was explained to me that I would receive a call when the technicians were on their way with a specific time so that we weren’t stuck inside the house for the entire time window. The morning of, we in fact received a text that included a brief introduction, an estimated time of arrival, and a photo of the technician that would be servicing our home. They arrived on time, extremely courteous, and very professional. Michael and Benji explained all of their findings with photographic evidence. They also took the time to explain all of our options to rectify our current issues, without pressuring or making us feel we had to make a decision on the spot. Overall, I plan to continue to use We Care and would recommend them to others.

    I call We Care P&H because I saw them at a neighbor. From the very beginning they were professional and you could tell they cared. It continued when my tech arrived. He was knowledgeable didn't pressure me and you could tell he cared. I will definitely call again!!
