I had my AC system serviced by We Care. The technician was very thorough and recommended several repairs and maintenance upgrades. One of which was replacing a part that I was told was still under the 10 year manufacture’s warranty. They quoted me one price and I decided to go ahead and do the repairs a month later. After scheduling my appointment the price for the repairs suddenly doubled. I was told that the parts of my AC system were now out of warranty even though it’s less than 10 years old. Not sure if it was a mistake on their part or they were trying to pull a fast-one on me, so I decided to cancel the repairs. It left me a bad taste and I will look for another company for my AC service.
Michael was our service technician and he did a tremendous job explaining the tune up process and what he inspected. He provided valuable insight for my HVAC unit which I appreciated. Based on my experience,I plan to continue using We Care Plumbing Heating & Air
We Care Plumbing provided great service and their technician, "Chris" was very professional and made the experience very pleasant. I'm happy to say they exceeded expectation and I would highly recommend them to handle any of your service needs.
Kenneth did an amazing job with the AC maintenance at my residence. He was professional and knowledgeable about the unit and what needed to be done. With all the diagnostics performed, Kenneth recommended a much needed capacitor replacement and gave me a good reason to move forward with the preventative replacement. To which he installed and showed me the end results. Kenneth made sure to leave the area cleaner than before. Overall, I highly recommend Kenneth and all of the We Care Team for any furnace or AC needs/repairs.
Absolutely no problem with the technicien and the company was very professional however, prices are high: $298 to simply clean a pipe under one sink (20 minute job)! When I asked how much a non programmable thermostat would cost the technicien calmly told me: $379 per thermostat! When I checked on Amazon, the same thermostat was listed for $29.99! So no problem with the service but a serious problem with the pricing, you decide.
I was having problems with a mini split system at home . I called We Care they sent out Mr. Arthur Bell to do the service . He was on time , respectful with my property, knowledgeable and he did a great job and had the system up and running properly . 👍 that’s how business should be done .thanks
just started turning their ac on July 1st, bit the compressor would not turn on. A common glitch but I needed a professional and reliable assessment. Their team delivered both. Professional team addressed the issue. They do up sell abut are straightforward and not pushy.
Have had 3 major jobs done by We Care as well as been using them for spring &fall system checks under their monthly pay customer service. Stopped using them for spring & fall service as they never called me to schedule appointments as they were supposed to do. This year used them to have entire house re plumed. They used two different companies, neither of which they owned, one did the re plum and the other patched the walls. Was not informed prior to the contract about this and when problems occured had to work through the We Care rep in order to get two problems fixed immediately and had to call office two months later to get the third problem resolved when they did not follow up as promised. I would think that after paying We Care over $30,000 for the 3 jobs they would treat me with at least a minimum of professionalism . Unfortunately they did not do so. Will not use them again.
So my HVAC system was old and outdated in my rental property and it eventually went out. I shopped around with several local companies in Temecula. I found We Care and decided to have them come out for a quote. Grant came out as the sales rep for the company. He was knowledgeable and was not very pushy. He respected my tenants privacy and had no issues talking to me out on my front lawn while I was dealing with my one year old I brought along. He was very patient and respectful. The price was slightly higher, but I appreciated the service I received compared to another local company I had come out. There was a delay in the install date but the company was able to bring out portable heat and air the same day. On the day of the install Eric and his partner (can’t recall his name) we’re very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process as to what they will be doing and how long it would take. The company did a great job from start to finish. I’m hoping to count on them for the continued maintenance of my system. Job well done by all!
Your Serviceman was very professional and informative. He let me know what I needed do to improve my A/C system to make it operate more efficient. I thought the cost quotes he gave me to perform the maintenance was fair.
