I recommend this company to anyone who needs heating or AC services! The technician was very polite and professional. He resolved my issue quickly and provided details so I knew what was happening. I recommend them strongly! I’ll definitely be using them again!

Tim Naas from We Care came to my home to provide an estimate for my AC system. He went up to look at my attic for the heater and he dropped my attic access cover. It damaged my drywall on its way down then broke in 2 pieces. He apologized and promised to replace it right away. Well... it's been over a week and 4 phone calls to him and WeCare. No one has called me back. They are trying to sell me $17646 system and this is how they want to do business? Break my attic cover then just ignore me? Unprofessional, no integrity, and absolutely no responsibility. Still waiting on someone from WeCare to take some responsibility for the damage.

Jason was on time and did a comprehensive inspection of the A/C unit. He was extremely friendly and explained everything he was doing throughout the inspection. He did a thorough review of all my options with me. What I appreciated most was his honesty and being totally upfront. I recently purchased two new Lennox HVAC systems from Costco and had them installed by We Care. They sent two professional teams out and completed both installs in a day! My sales rep Brian Carr was excellent. The techs he sent out were courteous and knowledgeable also providing great service. A problem arose with one of the thermostats recently and they promptly responded. The service tech they sent out, Juan Zamarripa, was top notch. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem to a faulty communication wire and even stayed late to run the new wire to my satisfaction. Can’t say enough about this company’s focus on customer service; something that is rare these days. Highly recommend.

We Care replaced my entire HVAC system, added vents, and replaced all ducting in my attic…done clean and in one day. Each of the guys were very personable and pleasant to work with. Very happy with my decision to have them do the work.

Tyler C. came out and did a great job fixing all my problems and more. He explained the new thermostat and did my air conditioning maintenance in one visit. He was also able to clean 2 of my air ducts on the wall that were dirty. He even came back 15 minutes after he left when my carbon monoxide alarm went off even though I changed the batteries. Found out it was time to buy a new one after 10 years old. I would say it was a great and productive appointment. Thanks Tyler.

I like the fact that for security purposes, WeCare will text me a pic of the Technician coming to do the maintenance checks, plumbing, repairs, and/or whatever needs to be done. Not only that, they worked with my schedule; I had another appt during the given time frame the Technician. The Technician was willing to come by after I was finished with my appointment. All worked out great!

Only downside was after creating the appt online, no confirmation of time expected was provided, however the worker did call to let me know when he was on his way. He was fantastic! Will call for plumbing services once again.

Michael was awesome. Patient, informative, and exceptionally professional. He is definitely an asset to We Care - ensure you take care of him.
