Sales manager was not upfront and honest about pricing. Sales manager was unaware that I had an updated estimate with labor itemized and said there was no room for a better price due to having to cover the cost of labor. I was not looking for a discount on labor, I want hard working skilled tradesman to be paid! I was hoping they could adjust pricing on the hardware from the manufacturer. He then told me the hardware came in hundreds of pieces. I doubt the units are shipped from the manufacture not assembled. Honestly was looking forward to working with this company, but after the sales manager started using dishonest language, I was out.

We have been using WeCare for A/C, Heating, and plumbing for several years and will continue to use their services bc of their excellent services and reliability. Today, Logan Massey provided annual plumbing services for whole house water filter system, gasless tank, and all other plumbing systems. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and very thorough, trustworthy, respectful, and pleasant. He provided real quality service with sincere attention and attitudes. I was very pleased with Logan. I highly recommend WeCare.
