John arrived promptly and fixed toilet. It was still showing a water leak, so Jason came the following day and found the problem within 5 minutes. I was very happy with the service and advice they gave me. Wonderful doing business with this company.

Impressive response time and techs are efficient. Recent experience needed a large part. Within tech and support located part and installed same day.
Thus was only dealing with issue for one day not several as can happen when parts are unavailable.

Our tech Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. We've used We Care plumbing to fix our furnace before so when we had a water leak under our water heater we gave them a call.
Scheduled an appointment Friday night and they were able to get someone out to my home the next morning.

I did not get an honest service.

1. The plumber, Neil Campbell, quoted me a price of $120. The receipt was sent to a wrong email, the next day after my email was corrected I noticed that the actual price was $129.

2. The same plumber told me that the service had a 90-day warranty, the receipt says NO warranty. I called the office, I was told that they will get back to me with a clarification; so far nothing new to report.

I paid over $300 to have We Care run a vacuum test and start up my new heat pump. It took forever for the to complete the vacuum test due to their faulty equipment. They failed to check the refrigerant level or the air temp from the interior side of the split unit. When I checked it the next day, it would not blow hot or cold air. I called to tell them they needed to come back and fix it. They wanted to charge an additional dispatch fee. I asked if they did not warranty they work. The person said she would have her manager call me back. No one call back. I called the next day only to be put off again with “My manager will call you back.” No one called. My system still does not work.

Our experience with We Care has been extremely satisfying. From point of contact with Malachi Pass, Installer, Nick and follow-up by Brendan, we can enthusiastically recommend the professional courtesy, knowledge and care of installation work completed. We found We Care representatives to be just that, Caring, friendly, professional and detail-oriented! Costco has provided a great service through their contract with Lennox and We Care to its members! We highly recommend this team if you are in the market for a new HVAC System😁

Very happy with my ac service and the options they explained for proactive/preventative follow up. No feeling of pressure for more work. They have a membership option at great value and affordable cost as well. Definitely recommend.
