Darryl’s work was awesome. He came out, explained the issue to me, talked to me about the history of my particular water heater having these issues and we had it fixed in minutes. Good honest work and company. Will definitely use again.

Our tech was great. On time, knowledgeable, and was honest. Great work but too pricey like most plumbers. 505 for 2 drain replacements and I provided the parts.

Staff was friendly, professional, and prepared, with all necessary parts in stock on their truck. A/C was cleaned, checked, and maintained within 15 minutes. Technician gave clear, easy-to-understand advice with no pressure to do or buy anything. Paperwork was minimal. Great as always.

Eddie, Baird & Crockett’s ace technician, initially upgraded our shower/faucet fixtures. The project entailed more work because of unforeseen issues, but Eddie quickly found solutions. Today he had to return because of a product issue. He solved that issue in no time at all.
