Good company, workers are always very busy. The backend parts(billing, scheduling, project management) seems a bit scrambled to me. They always answer the phone, but, the right person may (or may not) call you back in a timely manner. Also, the grate to complete my installation was back ordered, I had to call and harass them to get the job finished. (of course they submitted the invoice at the end of the first day for the entire balance). It took over a month to get this. I get it, business is hard, but, They could get 5 stars if they just over communicated and delivered what they promised. It was still an overall positive experience for me. I would recommend them for any AC work. Job took 5 days in total from start to finish to install a new HVAC system, but, they constantly had to go to another job, get parts, or wait for something to keep the job going.

I requested to have a sewer smell coming from my shower checked out. They called the day before to confirm and I got a text message the morning of my appt with the technician's name and information. Matt showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I recommend this company.

Communication of techs arrival was on point, tech was professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the system so I know how things worked and was very professional and understanding with my questions. I hands down would recommend them for all your Heating/AC and plumbing needs.

Darryl, always cheerful and friendly, arrived on time to replace two faucets and the angle stops on their supply lines in our master bathroom. After over 40 years, the faucets were leaking, the angle stops were no longer functioning, and the hardware on sink and old faucets had rusted out and had to be cut/drilled out in order to remove them. This was an unusually challenging repair in VERY tight quarters, but in the end, no match for Darryl's skills and expertise. I have been using Biard & Crockett's services for decades. Their service technicians and service staff are all first rate, five star!

He came out and replaced my laundry room faucet valves and washer / dryer valves in a very small space.

Kevin Jackson came out on time, assessed the problem and suspected the water leak was coming from a neighbor. He could have done a total inspection and charged us and we wouldn't have known any different. Very impressed with his (and Biard & Crockett) ethics. They are now our 'go to' plumbing source.

Had an emergency issue, they were extremely responsive, extremely professional, Greg, the plumber that came out was awesome. Pricing was very reasonable for their professionalism and response time. Will be using them in the future without a doubt.
