Greg from Baird & Crockett came out to help us with our failing 14 year old tankless water heater. He was very helpful and did a great job installing the new water heater in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with Eddie's evaluation about possible water incursion and whether it was a leak or something else. I've used Biard & Crockett 3 times now, and each time I've been very pleased.

I could not get two hose bibs to loosen on the outside of the house that were leaking. The guy used two wrenches and replaced the bibs in 10 minutes. They charged over $500 for 10 minutes of work. I will find a new plumber.

The price was way too high ($284 to remove the shower plate and not fix the problem). Then to charge another $284 to come out with a new cartridge-- and about $400 for a new cartridge? I think not...

I've dealt with several plumbers in the area and while Biard & Crockett may occasionally be more expensive, I find that they are frequently less expensive and the quality of their work is superior. Biard & Crockett is the place to go when you need answers and skilled staff.
