Regarding the follow up call I made, the representative they sent Juan was punctual, polite and professional. He was so thorough, he went checked all vent register five times. He also answered my questions the way I understood it. He made sure my wife knew how to operate the control. I definitely recommend Perfect Star to everyone!

Pushing me to purchase a new HVAC. I called them for a repair. They didn’t know what was wrong so they said a new unit would fix it. He also said refrigerant was not an issue. They kept my $115 diagnostic fee.

David and his team (Emanuel &Willie) arrived on time, were polite, respectful, professional, did a great job and finished the install of my new furnace within the time they said it would take. They cleaned up after themselves and were good communicators. They also charged significantly less, than their competitors, for a better, more efficient unit. I would definitely recommend Perfect Star to anyone needing heat system maintenance or anyone needed to replace their current system.

Nick did a great job, walked us through the maintenance schedule and performed all the work needed efficiently. The equipment sounds better (we can barely hear it now!) and it is all cleaned and tuned up! He also advised about the airflow capacities, which are undersized and will need further examination to properly size. Looking forward to the annual service (good value!).

Marvic was so quiet the dog in garage didn't even know he was here. (furnace was in closet hall).
