We were given a fair price (compared to other companies) to remove old ductwork & install replacement ductwork. Juan Torres provided clear information on our worn & damaged ductwork & explained the replacement process. The installation crew was professional & efficient. They cleaned up after their work was completed. We highly recommend this company & will call on them for any repairs.

Dylan from Perfect Start Heating and Air Conditioning did a thorough job of inspecting HVAC and AC unit. He also inspected water heater unit and cleaned the dyrer duct. I am very pleased with the service. Certainly recommend it to everyone. It's value for money!

Gilbert spent an hour checking our current HVAC and water heater.
We were looking to put in a heat pump water heater, Gilbert explained that we would have to upgrade our electrical panel to do that. He went over Perfect’s guarantees, maintenance benefits and financing. Gilbert was helpful and informative. We haven’t decided on a contractor (but he made a great pitch for Perfect Star)

All of the above plus responsive from the gitgo. Personable, great explanation of what was needed, why and what to expect. I know nothing about the technology but was comfortable with the entire process. Installation took about 7 hours.
