I had Dylan come service my HVAC at my home and he was on time and super professional. Normally when given a window of time, I end up waiting all day for the service person to show up. They told me 8-10 AM and Dylan arrived at 8 on the dot. He kept me informed of what he was doing and gave great feedback. Would absolutely hire them again!

They were very open about the process and the costs without trying to upswell me to a system which is more than I need. the install was done by very professional and knowledgeable men who did the job quickly, expertly and cleanly. would have any of them back in my house to do work on the unit

Everything from the sales pitch to our house running efficiently and everything being installed properly went so easily. Every single person that I talk to at Perfect Star was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. I had many questions throughout the two days they were here and we were in the house the whole time and they were very kind with every question and request and it was overall the best experience I've ever had!

They were very easy to work with from the start of first phone call to make the appointment, to the appointment itself. Andrew, the technician was super nice and knowledgeable and did a thorough job tuning and assessing my current furnace.
I signed up for a bi-annual maintenance deal as it seems worth the $$ especially having a system nearly 20 years old. A good idea to stay on top of things.

I wanna give Dylan a perfect star, he’s customer service is awesome, very knowledgeable and explained everything in details that i can easily understand. He’s a very nice guy and definitely will recommend him and Perfect star. I will definitely want him to do the repairs that i should need before summer time.
