I reached out to Perfect Star after my neighbor had an AC unit installed. Enrique was my tech and he and his team did an amazing job. They were kind, timely, thorough, and extremely professional. They took their time to walk my family through all of the options we had and finished up service in just 2 days. I would definitely use them again and I strongly recommend this company.

Update: I had a new roof put on and perfect star came out to make sure the Unit on the roof was back exactly where it should be.

We are under maintenance contract with Perfect Star and have been more than satisfied with their performance and customer service. We're very pleased we selected them for our new furnace and A/C installation, and we appreciate knowing they remind us when it's time to schedule a maintenance visit. All too easy to let those kinds of things slide on your own!

Ray was absolutely the best. My heater would not work when the temp was about 35 or below outside. The cause was not easy to diagnose but Ray persisted until he figured it out. Another company replaced 3 parts at 3 of 5 visits but the problem continued. I contacted Perfect Star and once Ray was assigned the job he carefully reviewed all aspects of the air handler and heat pump and focused on the wiring. It took some time but Ray was determined to get it right and he succeeded. Thank you to Ray and also to the office staff, Rosie, Rebekah & Jasmine.

As a first-time homeowner, I asked Danny dozens of questions, and he cheerfully answered all and explained in great detail about heat pumps, furnaces, electric water heaters, etc.

The other great aspect of this company is how modern and efficient it is. Before Danny’s arrival, they emailed me his photo and info and services he’d be doing; he brought his own ladder; after he was done, he showed me photos of my ducts on his tablet; he answered questions and was done quickly.

I’ll definitely contact this company when our furnace reaches its end and time to get a heat pump.

Our Service Tech was personable and able to answer all of my questions. He was even able to give me some tips regarding my air filter to make my life a bit easier which is always helpful.
