Perfect Star was professional and efficient. They did a fantastic job diagnosing the issues with our 20+ year old unit and removing it. They installed our new system in a day and provided training on all components. They got us on the calendar within a week of us deciding to move forward. I was very impressed with the technicians and the installation. Emanuel was wonderful, as was Ray.

Raymond and Devon from Perfect Star provided a routine maintenance service to our system as well as trouble shot and fixed a drainage issue. They were professional, informative, considerate of the property and thorough with their work. Great pricing and great service all the way around. Highly recommend! Drew was on time. Kept me informed of everything he was doing. Found a potential future problem that he resolved on the spot. Answered my questions patiently. I signed up for the annual maintenance. Peace of mind knowing they will respond to any issues in 24 hours and they will call to remind me to schedule the annual maintenance. Very happy with Perfect Star.

Jasper, the technician, was fine. He assessed the problem accurately and let me know about all the other issues I might attend to. Actually, he was very personable, which is extremely important in our economy and definitely much appreciated.

It’s the pricing model and upcharge for labor, warranties, membership, and hidden fees that I’m most disappointed with, or at least skeptical of. Not a single person on staff seemed to be at liberty or able to disclose any information about price breakdown, and no one could furnish me with an itemized list. So I decided against services and spent over $100 bucks to simply confirm the issue I’d already suspected I had.

I’m still glad I got the diagnosis and am able to precisely pinpoint the issue.

So I hired Perfect Star to install a new HVAC a couple months back, and they did a fine job, worked great, fair price, professional crew. Flash forward to today with crazy rain in CA, and I start getting a leak in my roof right below where the HVAC was installed. I called Perfect Star and asked if they can you come take a look. They show up 45 minutes after I call, and it turns out I just had over a foot of standing water on my ceiling because all 12 roof drains had clogged. Clearly not Perfect Star's fault, but Marvic the technician was happy to help. He spent an hour unclogging all my drains and saving my home from even more serious damage. Above and beyond does not even begin to cover this. I was a satisfied customer before, now I am a customer for life. I give 1000 out of 5 stars, which makes no sense, but neither does the kindness which Marvic exuded throughout. I am feeling extremely grateful that businesses with such a focus on service and customer satisfaction like this one even exist anymore. I now must go re-evaluate my world view.

Martin did a great job for me. At first he thought it was the thermostat but I think there was a larger issue with the system. He worked with his team on the phone and resolved the problem. It took 2 1/2 hours. I appreciate the fact that he hung in there and figured out what was wrong. Thank you very much.

We got our service done by Nick. He was great, respectful and answered all our questions. We were happy about the tuneup being done, as it was overdue. We'll be reaching out again next year for the next tuneup.

I highly recommend working with this team! They have great technology like automated contact info and update on location of your service technician. Candus came out to talk to me about heating and cooling options for my in-law unit. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of the (many) questions I had.

They made this easy, Raymond was on time, personable, knowledgeable, and intuitive. He offered me multiple solutions that were based on my questions and having done some HVAC back in the Navy I knew he was legit.

Great job and attitude! Found to be the most knowledgeable and trust worthy business out of all the companies that I had come out for an estimate. They even sent me a nice tote bag with cookies after installing my ac, heater and ducts. Price was was competitive and reasonable. Highly recommend.
