Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning

Have been a customer for a handful of years now. Very pleased with technicians and especially Dylan. Very professional, easy to understand, great maintenance calls, and even precious service/repair calls.

Very happy with Raymond’s performance, we were a little disappointed to find out that our system will need to be replaced, but very happy to know that our house won’t burn down due to a faulty furnace. Raymond replaced a part in the condenser that was bad, but when he checked the furnace and found the other issues he put the condenser back to factory and then didn’t charge us for the part or the time. And since the second unit wasn’t having any issues he didn’t charge us for repairing a duel unit. Great service, honest, and I will be using them to replace the defective unit.

They took time to explain explicitly what was going to happen from the sale to the end of installation. Price was fair. Gave me a number of discounts. Kept me informed along the way as they were installing the system.
Cool to hear the mechanics of furnace along with the air conditioner. Answered questions with utmost courtesy. Left the place cleaner than it was. Hauled everything way and it was almost as though they hadn’t been there but I knew because I have heat!

Perfect Star saved me thousands of dollars by actually sending a professional technician (Ray) who was able to determine that my 10 year old furnace didn't need to be fully replaced just needed some minor drainage line repairs. At least 4 other companies came by and offered repair solutions that wouldn't have solved the root problem or were pushing for a full system replacement. Highly recommend Perfect Star and Ray specifically for any HVAC issues in the east bay area!
