Chuck was excellent with everything- technically very well Informed, pleasant mannered and excellent attitude. He arrived for the appointment in perfect time. Asked us what we were looking for and promptly explained what he was going to do around the house before sitting with us.
After the survey, he explained everything we needed, was very patient in answering our questions and shared the quote with us. Explained how we can make an informed correct decision. He gave us a great deal with the quote.

They were very courteous and respectful of me and my house. Took off a star because they were not great with the garden. Every time I went outside I had to pull something off my plants. Finally when a large slab of metal was over a bush and asked one of them to take it off were they finally more careful outside. Also, and maybe all businesses are this way now, this was a huge expense for me. When I asked for they to break down the bill as to how much each thing cost they wouldn't do it. Are they just making up costs for these big installations? It did take from 8am to 3pm.
