Our home AC wasn’t cooling off our house and when Carlos came out and showed us our AC was coming out at 76 degrees, we knew something was wrong. He replaced a part, washed down system, added a booster and freon. After all that our AC was coming out at 59 degrees! Our house has never been so cool! We will definitely be using this company for annual tune ups!

This company was recommended by my brother. I got estimates to repair my heater from 3 different local company. HVAC Utor responded to my request in less than 20 minutes and their estimate was the most reasonable. Rachel was very helpful and professional on the phone. When Diego came to inspect the heater, he was efficient and direct to the point on what was wrong. He explained to me my options and suggested that I replace the heater since it was more than 25 years old. I was hesitant at first since I want to save money but after careful consideration, I went ahead and agreed to replace. Besides the quote to replace the heater is very reasonable. When they took out the old heater and after looking at the internal parts I realized that I made the right decision in agreeing with Diego. The blower was rusted out and full of gummy hair which would have not been discovered if I only went for an outdated control board replacement. Had I opted on the cheaper fix, a different part of the heater would have gone bad within a short period. The installation was done on time as per their commitment. It was a pleasure doing business with UTOR and I will not waste my time calling other HVAC company next time I need HVAC work. Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a safe, reliable and honest company to come to your house and provide fast excellent service, then this is the place. This family owned business is simply the best. We had a very bad vector problem from age old ( 45 year old) ducts at the house we were renting- we found out about this on Friday. We made the call, they came out, met the landlord and because we are a family of (6), they wanted to make sure we had heating for the upcoming storms. In (2) days, they completely replaced all the ducts and disposed of everything properly. They completely plastic tarped my daughter's room ( where the crawl space and attic door is located) and laid hall runners throughout he working spaces in the house. The guys are good and trustworthy and do a great job. Rachel was able to keep very and I mean very good communication with me via text and phone messages when I couldn't talk with her directly. Deigo and Rachel run a great business- give them a call and you can rest easy that your HVAC will get done right!

Gabriel and his team were superb! They responded immediately to our inquiry in one day, came the next day to check things out, gave us a bid and began work the following day! Finished in 1 full day and a few hours the next morning. Highly professional and reliable. We highly recommend!!

Amazing people. We found them because they were the only company to respond and show up on a Sunday to fix our AC. We just had the replace aour entire system and it was a great experience all the way around. clean work

I really recommend HVAC Utor Services, Diego came over to my house to fix my AC unit and he was very professional and did he with no issues. If something happens to my AC or heater I will for surly call them.
