    Wonderful experience. They were a ‘second opinion’ because the first company wanted us to remove insulation from the attic (!) before doing any work. Mike has quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it a few days later. Very knowledgeable, very professional, on time! Can’t ask for anything more

    Called me to set up appt on the same day that I put in a service request, was able to book two days away, came early, texted that he was on his way, diagnosed the issue, said he plays the part order before noon that same day and would be back with one to two business days. I truly appreciate the efficiency. Had a washer and a dishwasher go out recently and I didn’t experience the same level of service at all! It ended up taking a week but they had to order the part. All ok!

    The tech didn't really inspect the duct system. He lied and told his boss that he checked all the vents in the house, but I know he didn't check the one in my bedroom or my office which was locked. He also didn't have a a filter, after he checked the furnace. I provided him a ladder to check the filter. What good is he here for if he doesn't have any parts? I know what I speak about, because I'm a service technician myself and we have to have parts for repairs. He also left my home 10 minutes after I departed for work and told my wife some B.S. and wrote so light on the ticket that he gave her, that you couldn't read whatever he was trying to say. I had called his office about it the same day about 3 hours later and "Sam" was supposed to call me back to explain what the ticket said, but of course he didn't. I called on Wednesday May 31 to complain and spoke to Sam and all he did was try to cover for his tech. I wouldn't recommend this company again for anything. Bad customer service and poorly trained techs who were more concerned about getting off work quickly to start his 3 day weekend.

    Good job replacing the AC Motor but the technician didn’t bother on removing the debris that is accumulated through the years since he has to remove the unit cover.

    Arrived near the end of the 4 hour time slot. Was courtesy. Used shoe covers. Asked me details and fixed the situation quickly. I did not receive a text prior to arrival.

    Justin the technician was very friendly and professional. Also, I appreciated texts from Sam, I believer was the scheduler, kept me informed of the appointment date, time and a heads up the technician, Justin, was on his way. Definitely recommend this company.

    On time! The technician was very informative and professional 👏🏽 fixed the leak and needed 3 gallons of coolant. He was within 30 to 40 minutes... I'm Happy 😊 would use again

    The technician was an hour and a half late to a 5 hour window. He replaced a part, and added a part according to my receipt, but the A/C unit is still not working at the moment. I replaced the filter before turning it on as instructed and it came on for a little bit and then maybe after an hour or so, I noticed the house was still hot, so I went outside noticed that the A/C won’t come back on

    I received a text that Mark was enroute. He was friendly and professional. Very patient with my dog who was happy to have someone in the house. He checked both units and changed a wire and everything was back to working order. Would definitely recommend.
