I hired Air Synergy after interviewing four leading area HVAC companies to install three ductless units in my house. Alberto explained the process very well and gave me some good tips on the type of system I needed and where to install the units. The installation day was a long day but the guys were able to get it done in one day. There were a few kinks - which is expected for a job this large - but Alberto and the crew were all very responsive and are in the process of taking care of the issues. It's crystal clear that they care about their customers and are extremely responsive to their customers' concerns. I would highly recommend Alberto and his crew.

I contacted Air Synergy on Sunday because our AC (installed by another company) went out and the house was getting hot. The owner, Alberto, came out the next day and quickly identified the problem - a plugged furnace filter that another company was supposed to have replaced during a semiannual audit of our systems, but they didn’t. What a waste they were. I also had Air Synergy replace my second HVAC system last year and they did a great job. Why did I ever use the other company for anything?

Air Synergy really bailed us out! Our Fujitsu mini-split system was originally installed by another company, and we have had nothing but problems with it. It never got very warm in the winter and blew room temperature air in the summer when it was supposed to be cooling. During the triple-digit heat wave in the summer, my wife ended up taking our son out of town to escape the heat because our units just weren't working properly. We had that other company out several times, but they were never able to fix it. Air Synergy technicians were able to identify problems with the install immediately and found multiple issues that needed resolving.

Alberto, the manager, was transparent and easy to work with and was very accommodating. Jose, the technician who did most of our work, was wonderful. He was skilled but unassuming, efficient but personable and very thoughtful. Our son ended up going down for a nap during the repairs, and Jose tried to be as quiet as possible as he worked and whispered to us when he needed to consult with us.

In the end, Air Synergy was able to completely repair our system and it now works brilliantly. They also made practical adjustments as they went so that it would be easy to make repairs to our units in the future. We are so grateful for their skilled and thoughtful work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Alberto at Air Synergy by a neighborhood friend who used them to upgrade the AC at his house. Alberto was responsive and happy to discuss my project - adding a split AC/heat system to a small studio/accessory building in my back yard - and came by for a site inspection and quote only a few days after we first spoke. I compared his quote against another company recommended by another trusted source (our general contractor), and Air Synergy was less expensive and able to schedule the install sooner. The crew from Air Synergy showed up on time, did a great job prepping the job site (including clearing some plants and moving a storage box), installed the unit without any disruptions or drama, finished on time and left the site as clean as they found it. So far the unit is operating as expected. I would definitely recommend Alberto and Air Synergy to others!

Air Synergy installed a heat pump in our home a year ago, and completed a thorough annual inspection & service today. The technician Luis Perez provided excellent customer service. He did a great job and answered all customer’s concerns and questions. He is definitely an asset to the company.

they repaired our ice machine they cleaned and inspected our compressor for our walk-in cooler box. they were on time they were very polite and explained what our problems were in languages that i could under stand i would would absolutely recommend them with an A plus. thanks guys Antioch Lions Club
