I use Riteway all the time thanks to my house. Always professional and nice. Most recently Ramon came out to service my a/c. My baby was sleeping at the same time and he was so understanding and she didn’t wake up the entire time which is a lifesaver in itself. They’re coming back to my house to replace water filters they installed last year and I hope they send Gerald because he has also been an incredible help in my new homeowner journey.

Oscar and Lorenzo were on time and very professional. They were polite when they arrived. They took there time to install a new Trane ac unit outside and heater in my garage. Oscar took his time putting the thermostat in my hall with the carbon monoxide alarm. My walls were not damaged which made me happy. When my heater was installed Lorenzo showed me what they did and how to clean the pipe with the brush they left so it doesn't get clogged. Lorenzo also showed me how to use my new thermostat as well. This is a great company with wonderful workers who are so professional with a positive attitude. We will be calling you guys up if we run into any problems from ac, heating, or plumbing. Thank you both for your hard work today and making sure you cleaned up everything when you were done. I was also given a portable ac to put in my home from Bill who came out to my home to make sure we had this all set up before the installation. Thank you Bill as well.

Marco was the Rite Way representative who serviced our hot water heater. Marco was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained the service steps and executed them skillfully throughout the process. I would welcome him back on future service calls.

I had an HVAC system installed because I switched from a propane gas system to electric. Everything from start to finish was an easy process and the sales rep, Ladislao, was even willing to accommadate me because of my work schedule. When everything was scheduled, I had Jose, Daniel, and Jacob show up for the actual install and were all very professional and the work they did was clean. They made sure everything was cleared out and any dust or mess was vacuumed. Daniel explained the new thermostat to where it was easy to unserstand and let me know that Ladislao would be following up with me in about a week to give me an orientation about the system I chose. I received a call from Rite Way to schedule that follow up with Ladislao. I will also be having the ducts and vents cleaned out tomorrow. I am very happy I chose this company. The price range for the project was reasonable based on the current market. I would definitely reach out again if I need any more work done. Thanks Rite Way for a great experience.

Jesus Bracamonte was excellent. He not only came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot the issue with our water heater but within 48 hours he had a new one installed. Impressive since this was over Memorial Day weekend. Quality of work was top notch. He answered all our questions and when the job was complete he ensured the job site was clean.

Sometimes service people can be condescending dealing with female customers and we really appreciated that Jacob was anything but. He will be our go-to guy for the future. The company also kept us informed about arrival time and schedule. Very thorough

Due to coordinating schedules with TEP, we had to wait a bit for the work to be done. However, I felt that every one I interacted with at the office was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
The answering service sounded good, but apparently messages did not get passed along in a timely manner.

Tom Boscia was great and I trusted his judgment. Monty was also great AND spoke my language. (life experience, LOL) I would be pleased to see either of them if I need electrical work in the future.

Project Manager Ladislao was always prompt, professional and very knowledgable. The crew; Emanuel, Jose, Jacob and Dillon were all hard-working and very detail oriented from start to finish.
Thom and the electrical crew also went above and beyond installing the new panel and mast.

Business advertises 24/7 service but still has not called or come back to finish the job. Supposed to order and replace parts that they previously “repaired” and it feels like they keep dodging calls and avoiding my a/c repair because it is covered in warranty and not a high paying case. And I’ve been told my technician has been moved onto other appointments… so the company is still taking care of other units but can’t update me on what’s going on. I just want my home a/c fixed from the previous repair they should’ve done correctly the first time

This year, I had a HVAC maintenance done by Aaliyah Torres, and the service was fantastic! She was friendly and knowledgeable from her pre-service call to the final assessment of the maintenance performed. I would highly recommend Ms. Torres to anyone needing top-notch service, as well as Rite Way in general for their top-notch services.
