Had a mini split that needed a repair. They provided a quote which included electrical work which was grossly overpriced (quoted $600). I told them I would like to proceed with the repairs for the unit but I might have my licensed/certified electrician make the electrical upgrades. I provided my cc info for them to order the ac repair parts. After having my electrician look at it, he quoted me $150. I followed up a week later to check the status and left a message. Took calling 3 days in a row and leaving messages each day that werent responded to in order to finally get someone. He now tells me they would only do the ac repairs if they could do the electrical upgrades as well. These people are shady and out to scam uninformed customers.

UPDATE: Had another company repair the unit and Air Pro's incorrectly diagnosed the issues, adding additional components that werent necessary and missed another item that was faulty which werent hard to find (burned mark visible on the board).

I recently helped my 93 year old mom arrange to have the a/c and heat replaced in her park model home. Everyone we spoke with at Air Pros was very professional and knowledgeable - on the phone, in the office, and at the job site. My mom's A/C went out late afternoon yesterday when it was over 100 degrees out. Called Air Pro, who installed unit 4 years ago, & Diego was able to come by within the hour. He and another tech were able to fix the problem on the spot and all was covered under warranty. My 93-year old mother was more than happy! Thank you, Diego, for going the extra mile & getting it cool again for my mom! Excellent work--Air Pro stands behind their product & warranty!

Polite and on time. But charged more than were told by a significant amount,. Example: charged $225 for a thermostat that retails at home depot for $53. Have contacted them twice about this overcharging and was promised a return call within 30 minutes, but no call back. Not recomended unless you have money to waste.

Note: (I posted on the other AirPro site listed then realized that this is probably the official website; repost) Last week Tuesday 6.20.17 , our AC condenser fan motor stopped working. My husband and I had a contract with Goettl who came out to initially diagnose our AC unit whom confirmed the burnt out motor being the issue. The cost of the repair was going to be $1500.00 which seemed like a standard fee for Goettl; in addition, it would be a few days before they could get the work done. Due to us calling them out previous to do duct work that cost $1500.00 sounded a little "iffy" to us, so we of course shopped around to see who could give us a reasonable price and do the work quicker. We have a family of 7, which includes small children, baby, and a fur baby so time frame of the work was the priority.

Friday 6.23.17, my husband googled AC companies and called many of them on the list. When he called Air Pros he spoke with a gentleman named John. My husband explained the situation letting him know we did have Goettl come out to diagnose. He right off asked my husband about our unit and asked that we give him a serial number, which no other company asked for. I'm not sure if this is routine for Air Pros to ask or it was due to the fact that they knew with our specific unit there was a warranty, either way they put the PRO in Professional. The parts were covered by a manufacturers warranty, so we did not have to pay out of pocket for it (whew). We were more than happy to pay the labor at the flat rate they were charging without hesitation. They were upfront, honest, and valued us as people, not just a monetary gain.

They scheduled us for Monday 6.26.17 due to the part arriving that day. As soon as they picked it up, they had our AC running and producing cool air in 30 minutes. Air Pros went above and beyond to help us. They actually care and listen to their customers. We will continue to call on Air Pros for our HVAC needs and support local companies.

My AC broke on Wednesday morning and a service tech was at my house within an hour of my call. The tech was able to fix my AC by late afternoon. I am very satisfied with the service and friendliness of this company. I will only use them from now on!

Informative explanations, professional. Called when my AC went out late Saturday night. Called back within hour.Next day Sunday showed up at 10 am fixed problem. Total Profesional people!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE...TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE. TRIED TO TELL MY GRANDMA SHE DIDN'T HAVE A SERVICE WARRANTY WHEN T HE CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES THAT SHE HAS A 3 YEAR MAINTENANCE WARRANTY. NOR DID THEY SHOW UP UNTIL SHE CALLED EVERY 15 MINUTES AND MY MOM AND SISTER CALLED REPEATEDLY, THEN TREATS HER LIKE DIRT WHEN HE GETS THEIR EVEN THOUGH IT TURNS OUT HER HEATER WASN'T WORKING BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO HOOK SOMETHING UP AFTER INSTALLING THE UNIT. MORONS!!!
