Air Excellence Heating & Cooling

My 86 year old mother called me yesterday to tell me her air conditioning was not working. She used to be a snowbird from Wyoming but now lives in Tucson year round. I’ve been using Air Excellence for years and I knew they should be the first HVAC business I call. In less than 10 minutes I had my mom scheduled for the next morning at 10:00am (this was at.4:30 in the afternoon on June 28 during a time of excessive heat warning). Rich showed up before the scheduled time and had my mom’s air conditioning working within an hour. My mom told me that Rich was very nice and extremely professional. Thank you Rich and Air Excellence for taking such good care of my family. 🙏🏻

After a surprise A/C outage, we contacted Air Excellence Heating & Cooling on a Friday morning, hoping we could get somebody to investigate the problem. Spoke with Bibi, who advised that a Tech would be available for sure on Saturday, but if a cancellation arose, she would send a Tech out. received a call from Tech Rich, shortly thereafter, suggesting he would arrive in 30 minutes (which he did), although the A/C unit could not be fixed, Rich patiently explained the problem (likely a frozen compressor). We will be replacing the A/C unit and expect a bid sometime today (Saturday). We are very impressed with everyone with whom we came in contact with at the Company.

We recently moved into our new home and wanted our AC cleaned and checked out for the approaching summer heat. Our neighbor’s son recommended Air Excellence and we were not disappointed. Our technician Joe, was professional, friendly and efficient and took the time to answer our questions (being from Alaska, we never needed AC before so we had many questions). I found the cost of their maintenance agreement to be reasonably priced.

Amy was amazing. Had to wait 2 weeks for replacement water heater, and she kept me updated every few days. Unit arrived, quick replacement by Don, who was fantastic. They didn’t overcharge me on labor. AWESOME business, great people!

They were stellar in service delivery, professionalism and attention to detail. They assumed all of the clients from S&S Air conditioning and I am very pleased with their workmanship and definitely will recommend and use them again!!! Thank you all!!!!

The technicians were prompt, kind and performed the evaporative cooler install with care. The office handled the schedule and RE-schedule with competence and respect for my timeline. I would recommend this company based on it being a smaller business, it's service knowledge and their care for the customer.

After experiencing a few bad companies, I was so happy to discover Air Excellence. I now always rely on them for AC and furnace repairs and, when needed, replacements. They are fast, responsive, reasonably priced, and always work through all the different options available. I strongly recommend them.

I appreciate the professionalism of Air Excellence, plus they are fair and reliable. They have gotten me out of a jamb when I the unit quit working during a cold stretch this past winter, and they provide excellent maintenance service contract the rest of the year. This a is a quality company that I trust and rely on.

Don (Juan Martínez) is always on time, courteous, professional, and efficient. Since I had Air Excellence install the unit a few years ago, it’s remained in great working condition. I also appreciate the opportunity to buy a package of repairs ahead of time.

Air Excellence provided several service calls to attempt to repair our heat pump at the insistence of the home warranty company which was worn out. They fought hard for us with the home warranty company and eventually prevailed getting the warranty company to pay for a new unit. They were always on time , professional and courteous We totally recommend them!!
