You Guys hit a grand slam with your service. As expected , my A/C unit failed on the hottest day of the year so far. After a brief call , you sent out a tech. ASAP and he was on time ,professional ,courteous and informative of my options concerning repairs or replacement. Very open and visually showed me the problem and alternatives. I decided on replacing the entire 20 yr. old system rather than repairs. The following morning a crew showed up on time and fully prepared to get the job done.
I was taken aback with the exceptional level of pride in their craft and professionalism as I watched them work as a highly skilled team.Mike S. & David M. worked flawlessly as one well orchestrated unit. They worked efficiently and non stop until the job was complete. I was particularly impressed with their attention to high quality workmanship and coordination of tasks, never missing a beat. As a company in this competitive industry, you can be proud to have employees like these men. They are the ones that make or break a business.
As a final summary, I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors. I would say that this job was a great investment in peace of mind and a cool home. Well worth every $ spent . Thank you ,to a great team.

Discovered a leak at the valve connecting main water line to the city's mete on 3/10/22 Called Strongbuilt - Dispatcher was very friendly and professional, but explained that there would be $150 extra charge because they could only get the tech out there after hours. I agreed. The Tech showed up diagnosed the problem right away, but said he could not fix it right away because he did not have a replacement valve, because they do not carry them on their truck. He did have a valve that would allow a hose to bypass the main line to the house. Reluctantly I agreed, because it was around 5pm and did not want to be without water. Cesar Lopez was great, very knowledgeable and profesional. I blame the the company for not sending out a part to him so the job could be completed. Next day I had Bob the Plumber show up to price the job. No people skills, had to hear about his two truck payments and his sick mother and that the bill would be around $1200, I was getting charged twice, once for the by pass, and once for installing the valve. No taking responsobility for lack of a valve. (That somehow became my problem) Oh and the tech could not return till monday) Temporary hose tripping hazard had to remain over the sidewalk till, then got to hear all his problems, lack of techs inflation, no one wants to work etc. Spent the better part of 3 hrs. To make a long story short. Cesar Lopez came back Monday, but because of other problems, had to extend original trench, (The orginal tunnel under sidewalk had collapsed, over the long weekend, and he had to rebore the tunnel.) Cesar did a Great job - he fixed the problem perfectly however my bill was now $1789.15. And all this because Cesar was not provided a replacement valve on his first go around. In my prior life I worked as a Mangement consultant and Business Analyst. Going into a company I looked at what was the problem people or system. In this case it was the system. Waste of time sending out the quoter Bob, should pass that down to tech. Also some companies I worked with either had all the parts on the truck, or would have a "runner" who could get them out to the job so that ther would not have to be a "be back". Again definitely would give Cesar Lopez five stars. But the company would only get one. Company did express regret - but no offer - am still out $1789 FOR A $600 JOB.

I recently had a crew from Strongbuilt install a new a/c at my early 70’s home. Chase and crew did an absolutely amazing job with the install. I am beyond pleased with the work they did. Crew leader Chase takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. Every little detail is top notch.

We received a coupon in the mail for a $29.99 check up for our unit. We called and scheduled to have a technician come out. Reggie Phillips came out and did a thorough inspection, complete with pictures for us to view. He recommended that we replace the kick start and explained that if it were to go, we would most likely be looking at replacing the whole the unit. Again, he showed us pictures of this part that was hooked up to a meter that showed the part had reached it's life cycle. We scheduled to have Reggie come out and replace the part.
Reggie did a fantastic job at explaining everything. He is quite knowledgeable about the workings of our unit. I did not feel that he pressured us in any way, his concern was helping us to make our unit last as long as we can.
I highly recommend this company.

Blew a capacitor on our AC unit, Friday night, going into a holiday weekend. Weather expecting plenty of glorious heat. Strong Built sent TJ out with only a short delay. He was energetic, polite and skilled. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the part in minutes.
What impressed me more was when he noticed something loose, and took the time to set it right. Something outside the job, above and beyond - simply great work ethic.

Will recommend without reservations.

A great experience from the very beginning. Many options were presented and we went with a replacement system.
Mike arrived in the morning and started working diligently throughout the entire day along with Chase. These 2 gentlemen completed the install and explained use of the unit in easy terms.

A/C wasn't keeping up and there was hardly any air flow coming out of the registers. I removed the filters to try to improve the airflow but it didn't help. The technician, Richard went up on the roof and came down with pictures of ice on the coils and said the dirty filters reduced the airflow to the point that it wasn't exchanging heat with the coils. He set the thermostat to fan only and said that would melt the ice in about an hour and then it should work fine and said to leave the filters out until I could replace them. Worked just like he said and they only charge me $29 diagnostic fee.

Strongbuilt is an excellent HVAC company with top-notch professionalism, timeliness, and craftsmanship. The staff are friendly, patient, and helpful, and take great pride in their work. I've used them for two HVAC installations and have been extremely satisfied with their work. The first install in 2020, a new inverter system with the solar option, had some delays but the team at Strongbuilt corrected any issues that arose and showed a strong work ethic and job knowledge. The second install in 2022, a mini-split/ductless HVAC system, was flawless. Strongbuilt is also one of the few companies in Tucson that offer the solar option for HVAC systems, which is a great way to save on energy costs in the long run. I highly recommend Strongbuilt for HVAC services and appreciate the budget and peace of mind they provide.

Yesterday Chase, Ethan, and Travis installed a new a/c unit and furnace. They did an awesome job. Professional from start to finish. They were respectful of my house and were very communicative as the job progressed. Their teamwork was great as was their attention to detail. Chase was the lead and he made sure everything was both technically and aesthetically immaculate. You could tell they took pride in their work. Upon leaving, you wouldn’t have known any work had been done as they cleaned up their mess.

On the quote and sales side, Brandon was so nice to work with. He was also professional from start to finish and didn’t try to up-sell. He listened to what we needed and desired and he made it happen within reason. He was straightforward and didn’t play games.

It’s never fun to buy an a/c unit as they are not all that exciting and are expensive. However, if you ever need a professional, reliable, and straightforward company I recommend Strongbuilt. My parents had a very similar experience with them 4 years ago, and I am so glad I picked them as well.
