Strongbuilt Plumbing, Air, Solar & Electric

I am writing to tell you how unhappy and disappointed I am in Strongbuilt.
I have a leaking duct under my mobile home.
Yesterday, Brandon Hicks and another tech answered my service call. Brandon literally took five minutes to place his tablet/camera under my home and take 2 pictures (or videos), and then proceeded to make up 2 estimates for the next ten minutes. The other tech just basically stood there and watched.
I paid for my service call, and they started to leave, and I had to remind them to please replace the access grate under my home.
After a couple of hours, I called the office to get a copy of the pictures/video and the estimates.
What I actually received was a copy of my bill and a picture of the front gate of my park. Like that is going to do me any good.

Recently had two new water heaters installed. Service was professional, efficient and complete. Both service professionals were knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions and provided information regarding maintenance.

Bad experience with this company. I called them out to look at my heater and was told that I needed new fuses to fix the problem. The technician didn't have simple fuses on his truck so he told me to buy them and install them myself. He didn't even offer to come back with fuses to install them for me. After buying new fuses I installed them myself correctly, but of course it didn't fix the problem. I contacted them back and they said they couldn't help me unless I paid them to come back out again even though they lied to me the first time. I had another company come out and actually find out what the problem was. It was a bad thermostat, yet their techs couldn't even figure that out. Don't use this company.

RJ and his helper Vince were extremely professional, polite, and efficient!
RJ answered all my questions and explained what I may need to have done in the future. And when they were done RJ pulled out some Lysol cleaner and wiped down his work area!!!
Very happy with the service and the technician!

Unfortunately I have to share my horrid experience with the absolute worst company I've contracted.
Almost a full year has gone by and this company has done as little as possible to get by. From December 4th to October 30th to do a standard job. No contact for MONTHS at a time. Then tried to extort me for 2500.00 to do something that was already in the contract. Unsafe conditions left for my family and neighbors for MONTHS. I had a moat everytime it rained, with all my lines exposed. Vandalized our property and unannounced and left for 2 weeks before i had to contact ROC. Ripped out the swamp cooler that they weren't to do. Everything they did was on their time, never our families time. Turned off the power to my house without notice and my daughter was sick at home with wife and now couldn't prepare for food and drinks. For 8 hours. The only way to get anyone in the company to help you is filing ROC complaint. Disgusting and I have proof for ALL this. I have pictures, videos and all messages and correspondence in regards. You know what their resolution to all the issues and problems were...they didnt make a profit on me so the think thats fair. The CUSTOMER who contracted you, whom is absolutely the only reason companies like you exist, was the absolute LAST thought and thats sad. I hope you get shut down. We are nothing but good, kind people and you just take advantage of us. Eat sand.

Josannio was very courteous & professional. He went above & beyond explaining different aspects of the A/C unit, by answering all of our questions. He treated us & our property with dignity & respect. He is someone I would call repeatedly to work on any of unit.

We had a new AC unit put in our home on Tuesday April 11th. Michael & the other technician were really helpful with any questions we had & went over on how to properly maintenance the system. So far everything is in working order. Very pleased with this company.

The hvac tech, Anthony Moreno, was professional, personable, and efficient. The price for an AC tuneup is unbeatable. Very happy with all of my contacts with Strongbuilt Plumbing, Air, and Solar.

Technician Anthony was on time, gave good service, and clear explanation of the repairs needed. His work was quick and complete. We always use Strongbuilt for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.

The people at Strongbuilt are a joy to do business with. They are courteous, thorough and on time. They care about the work they do and are real craftsmen. I used Strongbuilt when I needed to replace my 27 year old system and am so glad that after receiving 4 quotes for the job I chose them to do the job.
