I got a mini split system heating and cooling for my house. 5 stars because it was professional and at the same time cool and privy. Wasn’t bothersome at all, they worked hard through the whole thing, and they weren’t late. I will probably use them again for plumbing services.

StrongBuilt is a very professionally run business, starting with the folks who answer the phone, to the technicians, to the office personnel. In May 2022, we lost half of the Freon in our AC. Sal came out THAT day, added Freon and a dye with the hope it would seal the leak. It was at this time that I purchased the Panda Membership which gave me a 20% discount on parts and labor. When Brandon came out on the follow-up visit, he saw the Freon was still leaking, used a detector, found the leak, and ordered a coil which was he learned was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Two days later, Mike S and David M were here at the promised time and literally worked non-stop, in the confines of that hot attic crawl space to remove the old and install the new coil. During the nine hours it took to complete this job, the men kept us updated on what they found and explained what they were doing. They were very respectful of the property, using booties in the house and a runner on the floor beneath the attic trap door to catch debris. Mike also noticed that we did not have a condensation overflow switch to prevent flooding in the event of a primary line clog. This would have caused tremendous damage to the ceilings of our house. He had one on the truck which we asked him to install. He also noticed that the unit on the outside was not level and corrected that, as well. Mike and David were amazing. When I received the invoice via mail the next day, I noticed that the Panda Membership discount hadn't been applied to the HVAC, contacted Brie that evening, who had Cindy call me first thing the next day at 8:10 am. Cindy talked with her supervisor who immediately corrected the omission. Their service is amazing, and all the people we were in contact with made us feel that we were "valued customers". When is the last time you felt that way? We are so appreciative to have found this company.

Strong Built is fantastic, Jeff and his helper were able to fix my HVAC issue very quickly. And they notified me where the problem part to my system was and thankfully it was not something major. After their employees honesty and explaining the issues with my HVAC system I signed up for the maintenance program.

We started using Strongbuilt when we moved to Green Valley 3 yrs ago. They have been awesome in every way! Their maintenance program is the best we have seen and there notification process when a tech is in route that includes their name and picture just shows that the company is aware of their customers safety. We won't use anyone else - and they are veteran owned!

I have called Strongbuilt several times now and the technicians are the best. Kevin Norton fixed my heater that wasn't working over the winter months. He took minutes to figure out what was wrong and came back with the part to repair. More recently, Russell Sargent came out to flush the water heater and replace a faucet cartridge. Pricing is great and customer service is exceptional.

I had some outdoor outlets that weren’t working and the switches for the backyard light and kitchen light/fan weren't working either. Curtis came out and promptly fixed the non working outlets and then rewired the switches to the outdoor light and kitchen light. He quickly determined they weren’t installed properly and fixed them for me. He also prepared an estimate for me to install can and pendant lighting in my kitchen. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him and have already called to schedule the lighting install. Great work and will definitely recommend Strongbuilt!

Review 2: A/C installation. Karl and Troy showed up on time and spent 9 hours installing the new system. A lot of hard work, but Karl took the time to answer any questions I had. We do have one issue with the heat side that needs correcting, so we'll see how that goes. But I'm very satisfied with the process and the work the guys did.

Arrived on time and with notice ahead. RJ was professional and explained everything so that I could understand what was necessary as well as what other options I had. Within minutes he had my leak fixed and even notified me about something to consider for the future since it could make life easier. Excellent work and I’m very happy I used Strongbuilt.

The service on my A/C seasonal tuneup was excellent. The technician did a thorough job of going through the checklist of items on my A/C unit then sat down with my wife and I and explained all the items that he observed that were in good working order and those items that either needed repair or monitoring. He diagnosed the problem areas well and provided solutions even though the costs to repair these items(outdoor motor and controller) are fairly pricey. We have scheduled the technician to repair these items tomorrow so it still remains to be seen whether these items have been repaired to our satisfaction and whether there was good value on these repair costs. Up to this point an excellent job done by the technician.
