Strongbuilt came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. They were very professional and nice, while explaining everything along the way. They will be my go-to company for any further problems.

On June 15 2021 project manager Dallas Hughes came to our home and provided an estimate for a new 4 ton Gas/ Electric A/C system with 3 options for equipment and installation, after receiving 3 comparable bids on June 17th we decided on Strongbuilt based on price and service after the sale. An appointment was set for the installation on June 23rd, I received a text that morning from service technician Karl Windauer that he was on his way and within a half hour he was on site with another tech and ready to remove the old system and install the new. A side note I was in the HVAC industry for 30 plus years and must say I was impressed with the entire installation from start to finish their level of detail and attention to the customers needs and requests are second to none. This was not an easy installation the air handler and evaporative coil are located in the attic with an access in the laundry room to remove and install the parts through nothing rattled these men the entire system was removed and replaced and the cooling was back up and running by the end of the day as promised I would highly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing Air & Solar to anyone looking to replace their old A/C system We are very happy with our new heating and cooling system big thanks to the entire Strongbuilt team for a great experience.

Kevin was great start to finish.....performed maintenance on our furnace and explained everything he was doing. Very professional in his work and communication with us. Called in advance to let us know exactly when he would arrive.
We also had him install an UV light to purify our air and prevent mold. So far so good.
Excellent company and highly recommend them!

I had dug down near the house water entrance to make sure Russell would have enough room for the repair to the pipe supplying the irrigation system which had ruptured due to corrosion. He accomplished a quick repair by replacing the pipe with PVC and then covering it with insulation to prevent sun damage. Great job!!

Just found out my house needs a total re-pipe, fortunately i dealt with Reggie and Charles, who were nothing short of professional at all times. I already had a relationship with Mgr. Jeff, who made sure i was taken care of as usual. Charles explained why i needed a re-pipe, made it very easy to finance, explained the entire process to me, and basically i felt good about the whole process, even though it was expensive but needed. I have dealt with Strongbuilt for 3 years now, been a panda customer the whole time, and still would stand behind them and recommend their staff to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC services. Everyone from the girls upfront in the office to the technicians, to the Managers, are professional and only do quality work, and stand behind their work down the road. The owner built a very good company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had Kevin Norton service our two AC systems. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous and did a great job ensuring that our systems were functioning properly. His work was EXCELLENT!

We have used Strongbuilt for both AC and plumbing matters. The technicians are knowledgeable and do a great job. We have the Panda membership which has saved us a ton of money. They recently did some pulling work free of charge, what a nice suprise.

My job first started with the terms of my contract from a financial perspective meeting with Brandon who gave me options. He was very thorough and professional. Next came Mike and Chase who did the installation of my new HVAC system and they were both incredible. They were very polite and professional throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with how everything went. I recommend them without any doubt.
Jose, Air Quality Specialist, followed them up by cleaning the air ducts (AeroSeal and duct cleaning) and was very personable and professional. Left everything very clean after having done a messy job. I also would recommend him with no doubts. I give them all a five star rating! Cathy
