Cesar and his assistant Alfredo were quick to diagnose issues with my father’s HVAC unit that was causing an unnecessary and high power draw that was costing him a lot of money on a monthly basis. They did a great job, were very detailed and professional and I highly recommend these guys for any of your HVAC needs. Not only that, they had all the parts necessary to complete the job with them and took care of it in no time and at a reasonable price!! You guys are great!!!

Abraam Ortiz did an excellent job of servicing our AC today! We are now ready for Tucson's long hot summer! Strongbuilt put in a completely new system for us just over a year ago and it has been working like a champ! All of their technicians have been great! I highly recommend this great company!

Chase and Mike installed a whole new AC system and thermostat in our home today they were professional, respectful, and efficient. They took the time to explane everything and walked me through the app for the new thermostat. Everything went so smoothly and they even made our children feel comfortable 10 out of 10 recommend.

Timothy Breneman was an excellent technician, explained everything in detail to us. I definitely recommend him and will be contacting him for all my future needs.

I give them 2 stars because there is one aspect of the business with wich I have an issue. The last service, as well as other services, have been tremendous. The issue I have is with the sink and faucet installation. For $2500 I thought I would have gotten quality. Instead, I got shotty items. The guys who installed the items were great. It was the sink and faucet that were terrible and of poor quality. I was told, when making the appointment, I had to install their product to get the warranty. Then I find out I could have gotten my own items and they would install them.

Needless to say, I have voiced my concern to more than 1 staff. One even took pictures and sent them to the supervisor. I even wrote a review. All I hear is crickets. Not even so much as a phone call. I learned an expensive lesson.

I changed my response to 1 star. I would have given 0 stars, if that was an option!
I have been waiting for some time to get some help in fixing my issue. I just got a stock response and no offer to fix my problem! Their products are substandard for the price you pay! Or, maybe it was because I was a retired woman. This is for the plumbing purchase only, not the install. Thanks a lot Charles! I am sure a cheap stainless sink is the same price as a porcelain sink.

I was lured by their $29 inspection only to be followed up with a tech who sold me some “oil” to quiet the unit down for $400, then another $400 for “sealant” in case the 5 year old unit might be leaking. I didn’t about the price before I approved the service because I would never in my wildest dreams have believed they could put $800 worth of oil and sealant into a home air conditioner.

Bought a new AC united furnace 3 years ago.

All repairs under warrant have been honored without question, outstanding service from every tech we've seen.

Update. 14 Feb 2023. Christian and Carlos just finished servicing my hot water heater. They were very professional. Answered all my questions about my heater and the water softener. They were so awesome. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. All work was professionally done and was explained. Floors were protected while they were coming in and out for install. Cleanup after work was completed was amazing. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. Definitely recommend this company.

We had a new system put in by Goettl in 2014 and have had a problem with a leak in the system for about as long. We called a couple other companies after about a couple of years after the install because it seemed like Goettl could never figure out why we were having problems with our new system being able to keep the house cool after a few months. Another company determined there to be a freon leak so they inserted dye, but still was unable to find out where the leak was. Well today we had a technician from Strongbuilt, Brandon Hicks, come out because our unit needed freon once again. He within 15 to 20 minutes found the leak, which was a hole in a copper pipe connecting the unit outside to the inside. It was an installation incompetence that we have had to deal with for approximately 9 years now. It will cost us now another $4,000 to replace the piping that Goettl screwed up and has never taken responsibility for.That is issue that will be taken up with Goettl. However, now I am just thankful that Brandon came out and is very conscientious and skilled at his job and was able to do something know one else has been able to do....find the LEAK!! Best call I ever made. my wife and I have lived in Tucson for the past 21 years and always struggled with four swamp coolers to try and keep our home cool during the blistering summers, when the time came to finally get air conditioning we looked into several options with several HVAC company's. We wound up calling Strongbuilt Plumbing& Air and they put us in touch with Josh C. One of their sales associates, He came over to our house immediately that day and talked with me about what they could do for us, made a call and got one of there engineers Joe to come right over and helped work up an estimate, about an hour later sat down with me and ran through the estimate item by item. They did a Great job explaining the benefits and reliability of their service and products and left me to discuss the estimate with my wife, this was on a Tuesday afternoon while she was still at work. After discussing it later that night we decided to accept their estimate and called Josh back to come over and fill out the papers on a Friday night at 5:00 pm after work, because that is the only time my wife could be here to sign the papers, Josh explained everything to her the same as he did for me previously, he answered any and all questions we had, and got us the best deal on what can be a very high dollar investment. This job was a huge undertaking over 165 feet of duct work on the roof and 8 technicians at various times working in 90 degree temps over 4 days the results are fantastic, our 2200+ square ft. home is now cool and comfortable for the first time in years, These guys rock! They do great work, they even pulled our old swamp coolers and brought them down off the roof so we can scrap them. I highly reccomend this company for any kind of HVAC work, they also have a great service plan to go with our purchase, and they included their signature lifetime PandA care, they will service the Air Conditioning unit two visits a year and also give you Lifetime plumbing calls with no service call fees including Weekends and Holidays, and one main sewer line cleaning per year along with camera inspection if needed. It is This Very Satisfied! Customers opinion that Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air are 5 star all around the best in the valley.
