We called StrongBuilt on 6/28/23 with a kitchen drain problem. Office scheduled for same day. Colton Hayes comes out talks to us, goes to truck, comes back says snake is broken and he can't fix drain backup. He promises to come back first thing in morning. Doesn't show or call. We call two more times. Office gal says we aren't on schedule but she will put us on 6/29 schedule. We wait some more. Different guy (Chase Giles) finally shows up late in afternoon and seriously works on snaking out drain line and trys very hard to patch up the damaged relationship between StrongBuilt and we the customers. Kudos to Chase Giles. He works hard and finishes the job. The first guy (Colton Hayes) and Dispatch not so much. We don't expect you to work miracles but we do expect you to honor your word and either show up when you say you will or call and say you can't make it. We won't call StrongBuilt again unless you can remediate your customer service issues. Larry & Denise Kollert.

Visit on April 28th by technician Alfredo Padilla. Mr. Padilla was friendly, patient, and helpful, and take great pride in his work. I am extremely satisfied with his work. Mr.Padilla showed a strong work ethic and job knowledge. I highly recommend Strongbuilt for HVAC services and appreciate the budget and peace of mind they provide. Strongbuilt is an excellent HVAC company with top-notch professionalism, timeliness, and craftsmanship.

Strongbuilt made their technician Brendon available on Memorial Day. He responded quickly, diagnosed our issues and provided us with options. In less than 24 hours, Strongbuilt had a crew on at our place to take care of our AC needs. HVAC Installers Mike S and David M were on site by 10:00 am and worked tirelessly throughout the day completing the job of installing the new unit by 4:00. They stayed focused and provided us with cool, quiet AC before they left. They kept were personable and kept us informed throughout the day.

We initially called Strongbuilt because we saw that they are Veteran Owned. We have stayed with Stronbuilt because of their excellent service, reasonable pricing and dependable, friendly and trustworthy employees. Jeff and Jose did some work at our house today and did a great job troubleshooting a problem that we had with a mini-split AC (that was installed by a different company that we used before Strongbuilt). They figured things out quickly, took care of the problem and left the area neat and tidy. We really appreciated their help and professionalism.

Called 3 times. The young voice seemed confused when I asked for their advertised AC system inspection. She kept putting on me on long periods of hold and trying to connect me with the sales department. Each time the phone was disconnected or hung up. Each time I would call back and ask for the inspection and she would again put me on hold for the sales department. Heck of a way to run a business... I went elsewhere.

Chase and Ethan installed my new AC unit today. They were both very professional and knowledgeable.
Chase showed me how to work the new thermostat and answered all my questions.
I will be recommending them and Strongbuilt to my family and friends.

Very professional, friendly, and thorough especially with helping to recover our cat that chose to explore the return duct. Mike Speese and crew did an excellent job of installing the new ac/furnace unit. Then he went above and beyond by pulling the blower back out of the unit so that we could recover the poor curious cat. I cannot thank him enough for everything they did and would recommend them, and Strongbuiilt, in a New York minute!

I called Stongbuilt around 8 AM to request a service on my home air conditioner. A profession and courteous technician was at my home before noon who quickly diagnosed the issue are repaired it. Great service and they gave me a military discount.

Signed up for $29 AC Check special on 4-12. System readings were within spec, but Kevin Norton, Strongbilt tech told me if my compressor was to survive a summer of "hard starts" I needed to install their "3 1/2 - 5 ton compressor saver/starter-kit" for $423. He said he always carried these in his truck and it only took 10 minutes to install. I found the same kit on Amazon after they left for $42. Before proceeding with any expensive repair, one should obtain at least one other independent estimate. Because of its commitment to customer satisfaction, I will continue to request Strongbilt's best quote for my future HVAC and plumbing repairs.

Jason - technician showed up on time, perform system diagnosis, made it operational and explained in details what was the reason for the failure, what he fixed and presented us with the options on how to proceed. Very professional, very friendly and nice and polite. We opted to proceed with the replacement option. Jason called Brandon who showed up within half an hour and explained very clearly in details what were our option. We finalized the purchase of a new HVAC system in less than an hour. The installation is going to happen tomorrow. We are both retired system engineers and the experience with StorngbuiltUSA reminded us the "good old days"
The very next day in the morning another team showed up to instal a new HVAC system. Michael Speese was the team lead. The work they performed was very professional, clean and accurate. Again one can see professionals with such high work ethics very seldom.They are really few and far in between.
