by Daniel and Mark. We will definitely use Strongbuilt again.

Called to have annual heating check as a ductwork inspection showed heating vent pipe had been disconnected. Was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Thermostat install was very quick and tech helped me start the app connection (Nest thermostat). He also explained how it happened (had roof replaced a few months back which likely caused disconnection, something they encounter frequently). Will have to return with pipe connection to fix vent pipe; scheduled for a couple days after initial appointment. Very happy with work!

Strongbuilt serviced one of our A/C units and we determined that the cost effective solution was to replace the unit. They provided estimates for various options with clear explanations of the advantages of each. We received verbal estimates backed by a written contract with excellent terms, cost and warranty. They charge $88 to diagnosis that my AC is not working because a wire was chewed by a rodent. They estimated the cost of repair at $1473 and said they would return in one week. They never returned. I called my neighborhood handyman and he repaired the wires in 5 minutes and charged me $50. Now my AC works again.

True test of business is how they respond after “blowing it”. Admin/scheduling errors resulted in failure to meet 2022 contract maintenance terms. When questioned, quickly admitted to mistake, apologized quickly moved to address failure and completed work in a timely and professional manner. Initially hesitant to renew relationship but “recovery” responsiveness left a very positive impression.
