They advertise a $29 air conditioning servicing. I have reached out to the company twice in the last year to clarify what this does or does not include and not been dignified with a response just promises of one :-( reporting them to the better Business bureau now. Avoid! Or watch a YouTube video like I am right now and service your unit for free, piece of cake

I cannot praise Strongbuild enough for all they did for me and my situation.They went above and beyond to help with my heating problem. Jose Bejar the tech that came to my home was very understanding and thourough. He totally understood my plight and did an awesome job to make sure everything was fixed the way it should be. He kept in touch with me for several days to make sure everything was running smoothy. I cannot praise Jose enough for taking such good care or me and being so understanding. Also thanks so much to Sal for coming out and taking care of the thermostat issue. Great company, great techs. I highly recommend them.

Mike and Dave arrived on time and installed a new furnace and A.C. they were very polite and walked me through the whole system. They removed my swamp cooler and sealed everything. The whole thing took about 14 hours and they never stopped working.

Our 50 Gal electric Hot water tank flooded our garage. Needed emergency repair and restoration to deal with water damage. We have used Strongbuilt for 6 yrs now to do all our upgrading and plumbing. They have never failed in quick response. They are easy to communicate with, & very professional. We upgraded to a whole house on demand hot water system which was put in the next day. They offer great products and the crews are polite, knowledgeable and communicative. Emergency was never so pleasant, so thanks guys.

Sam with StrongBuilt removed my decades-old, corroded toilet and its underpinnings, and installed a new company-provided one. Sam was cordial and did a fine job. The entire price (combining service and new toiled cost) after the job was completed was precisely as he had quoted before any work had started.

We just purchased a home and had been living in ut for a days when the problems started. Sewage backed out of a toilet abd shower majing one of our bathrooms unusable. Snaking dolved the issue for a couple days. Strongbuilt examined our issue and had someone able to come out the next day to do a massive 8 hour repair. Within an hour of the estimate, a worker came out and began the work on our lines. The supervisor who gave us the estimate was not only professional, but worked with trying to find ways to reduce the cost and headache. He explained what they needed to do and also what the worst outcome may be. Great company.

Michael and Chase were outstanding in the installation of the new unit. They were prompt and professional. They explained how the new system worked and cleaned everything before they left. Thank you both for a tremendous job well done.

In addition to AC maintenance Seth explained and signed us up for
installation of tankless water heater system. Seth was very knowledgeable and professional.
