I appreciate Ronnie Miles! He is polite, professional & personable. He takes his time & explains what he is doing & what needs to be done. I have been requesting Ronnie now for a few years & am always pleased when he is the technician to arrive. He is familiar with my system which helps him with each follow-up visit. As I know this is not policy, I appreciate that Ronnie is given the opportunity to service my home’s systems when requested. Thank you!

I would like to say that the individuals that showed up on June 27th to my house were the most well informed, respectful and responsible. They explained every aspect of the job to me (from taking apart to installing). They kept me informed on each issue and what was happening. They were not intrusive on my space at all. Shawn led a superb team of young men.

They got my system up running in a timely fashion. I would recommend your company to anyone. They cleaned up after themselves very well also.

The salvage individual showed up and cleaned up very well also. No scraps or pieces were left in my yard or in front of my house.

Oscar, Antonio, Tyler and Brian were amazing! They were professional, friendly and thorough. I always dreaded repair calls with our previous AC company. These guys communicated with me and I could tell with each other. Each person that came to my house already knew what was going on I didn't have to go through everything all over again. It was such a seamless experience from start to finish with our install. I am so pleased with the service that we received and even more pleased with the amazing customer service. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Ron came out and was able to quickly get my AC back up and running. He thoroughly explained everything and was really professional. On top of that, I had my eyes off my younger son while tending to my older son and Ron noticed my younger son was choking and quickly ran to his side to help him. I am so grateful for his quick judgment and response.

Appreciated the professional knowledge and attitude of the service representative. Mike is was awesome and deserves recognition! Thank You.... well the unit died the next day. George came out to confirm that the engine had seized up, great representative, gave us options and then made a call. The next guy Brian came out, helped us with unit options....took care of permits and all details. This morning a crew of three working nonstop had a new unit installed and by 4:30pm we were up and running.
I don't know who the person is who hires the employees but great attitudes and awesome customer service is throughout the company. Every technician, from repair all the way, it's professional. Rite Way your employees honor the company name!!!

First, I can say with all confidence that without Jacob's thorough inspection and explanation for what was going on with my AC system, nothing else would've happened, so credit him for getting this going. The project manager (Bill) who came to provide the estimate was equally as diligent in mapping out what I needed and providing me with multiple options. I really can't say enough about his professionalism, his ability to relate, and his very apparent knowledge of these systems. And finally - - Nicholas (and crew). WOW - - these guys were incredibly professional, clean and knew exactly what they needed to do from start to finish. They were extremely efficient and worked amazingly well together! All the guys mentioned here were also extremely friendly and easy to talk to . The new system is quiet and easy to operate. Great warranty as well. I've used Rite Way for plumbing and AC work in the past and will continue to going forward. Believe me when I say you get what you pay for. Thanks guys!

I feel like it was way overpriced as I was the one who made while in the wall to see leak. It was a small valve replaced in which is inexpensive. Price was over $650 because it was a weekend etc. I feel like everything and every business has sky rocketed in prices. Nothing is affordable!

Service: Installed new hot water heater and thermal bypass valves in guest bathroom and kitchen.

Luis Gonzalez and Nathaniel did a superb job installing a new hot water heater in my house. They were respectful of the property, extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the task at hand. Luis clearly pointed out to me all of the differences and improvements made when the installation was completed. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and the extraordinary service provided. I will most definitely use this company again should a need arise in the future and I highly recommend them!

Nathen showed up as scheduled and did a fast assessment of our equipment. He got the troubled unit up and running, following up with an in-depth review of my system readings and normal operating boundaries. While slightly out of the normal limits, and not caused by the needed repair, we agreed to continue running the unit as it has been. No pressure for additional work but good to have the information for the future. Great company!
