We are very happy with Rite Way. The unit they installed several years ago works great and we appreciate the bi-annual maintenance. Today our technician was Nickolas Blaine and he went above and beyond our expectations. Very professional and friendly to boot! We will be asking for him again next we need service! I contacted Rite Way for an AC installation quote on a new unit and starting with the online chat, everyone was very kind and professional. I ended up purchasing a new unit for my house through them. They took care of everything in a very professional and timely matter.
Hector Guzman was the project manager for us, and he was awesome. He was very informative and helpful in picking out the proper ac unit for my house.
The crew that put up the unit were friendly and clean. They showed up early and did all the work in a few hours and we had our ac running by the afternoon.
I was so happy with them, I ended up purchasing a water heater the same day from them and experienced the same quality and level of professionalism from their plumbing employees

To begin with Brandon Giza was so caring and professional. He went the extra mile in helping to secure the funds for this project . Nick was so prompt on Saturday morning he and his crew worked so efficiently. They had us up and running in a few hours. I can’t thank you enough for your hard work.

Ben Bodell got our air conditioning back on quickly, explained why it had malfunctioned and gave some good advice for future maintenance. He was courteous and considerate with masking and he was friendly and professional.

Plumbing issue.. Angela came out. She was very professional and kept the work area clean! She is the best plumber we have ever had! I highly recommend her! Angela is the only one we will request for services needed in the future! She is so polite, respectful and we are so very appreciative of her!!! Thankyou Angela!

I called and said the AC wasn't cooling as well as it should and tried to schedule a maintenance. The woman on line said that she could just schedule a repair for the next day rather than a maintenance that I would have to wait like a week for. She told me it would be like the same and they would maintenance it if that was a problem. The next day they come and look around and come to the conclusion that there are just minor problems and components are dirty. I am charged 89$ and he leaves. Keep in mind I was aware that the AC wasn't too bad and figured it just needed a maintenance which I tried to schedule. I was charged 89$ for a diagnosis that I needed a maintenance when I was told that's what I would be getting.

Aaron and his entire team are professional, on time, responsive and hard working. The team works very diligently and I always knew what was happening through our entire process of replacing our plumbing system. They notify you by text of who will be coming to your home and were always on time. Aaron is very involved and checks on the status of the jobs and personally called us to discuss our options and needs. Thank you to the riteway team. We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend their services and were very impressed with the work they did.

Bradley is the BEST! He came out this evening and figured out the issue with our AC. He was extremely patient and professional with my mom and took the time to explain everything to her. Thanks again Bradley!

Technician Safari Antoine came to my house to do maintenance to my AC / furnace unit. He is very professional, courteous, and respectful. He answered all my questions about future services.
