Mike D was over this morning to do an AC system tune-up. He was very thorough and took his time cleaning everything and showing us the parts of the system that we should be aware of. He recommended some things that need replacement but I feel as though he was being honest and not pressuring us to purchase anything we don't need. Pricing was straightforward. I would definitely recommending having Rite Way for maintenance.

I had some plumbing trouble which I had to have cleaned after hours as an emergency. After the unclogging of my main sewer line Ronnie Stamps came out to camera the lines to see what was happening with them. Well, I had to have the pipes cleaned out and a clean out installed. Through it all I was very pleased with the staff that worked on my home. Ronnie was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable which was very much appreciated, thank you for everything. Ronnie was there every step of the way making sure everything was handled properly. All of the technicians that I had work at my house were friendly and professional. They took care of what needed to be done quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank Shawn Folks and Nicholas Pena very much for the trenching and the clean out installation. I would also like to thank Michael Clothier and Emily Wolf very much as well, they worked very hard to clean the pipes and get everything back to working again. I am still having Rite Way work on a broken pipe issue, but I know that it will be handled quickly, professionally and efficiently. I can't thank Rite Way Heating, Cooling and Plumbing enough for everything they have done for me. I will definitely be using you all for any plumbing needs. Cindy Nielsen

Ron Miles was an outstanding technician, very professional, friendly and helpful. He worked on my unit and was able to get it running again. After completing the job he explained 3 options that are available for my ac unit and then called to set up a follow-up appointment.

We hired Rite Way to review and fix items identified by our home inspector after moving into our new home. Shane performed the plumbing tasks including removal and replacement of our hot water heater while Julio addressed the lis
t of electrical issues. Both of them were efficient and informative about the tasks. I appreciated their thoughtful responses to my questions as well as the quality of their work.

Ramon Lopez service our HVAC system as party of annual maintenance. He was very professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and what he found.n He worked like he really liked what he was doing and left a very good impression. He was very much five star.

We just love Riteway! Jacob Force came to complete our Air conditioner maintenance and was on time, extremely knowledgeable and found that we needed repairs. He provided honest pricing and once financing was approved he came back and fixed our system, he even installed a thermostat for us, that we hadn't had time to install!! We really trust his work! Jeremy did a very professional job checking and flushing our hot water heater. He was quick and thorough and helped me understand why my hot water circulator wasn't working anymore. Really impressed with the caliber of people here.
We recently had Javonte come to do a full check on the system. He also installed a surge protector on the main unit in the attic. He was friendly, helpful, and worked quickly. I was working while he was here and he was able to get around without a lot of interruptions. Great service, again!

Nathan was the most thorough of the semiannual technician visits from RiteWay. He completed very professionally all the check points with numerous photos. I would be happy to have him return for future checkups. He made a couple recommendations which we could not act upon immediately as we were leaving for Europe the next day.
