Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We used another HVAC company about 2 years ago and I was not impressed. So I went shopping. I called Rite Way after reading all the good reviews here and they were all spot-on. I am very pleased with Rite Way and will continue to use them. Their tech, Harrison Turner was wonderful!

I found Aiden very curious, knowledgeable, left no mess to clean. He was very easy to talk with and made the experience enjoyable. I have had Rite Way in my home three times in past year for I needed a new furnace earlier in the year and adjustments after it was placed and have been extremely happy with every person the company has sent for my work.

My wife saw a leak in our garage from our water heater and called Rite Way. Within two hours Jerald and Aaron were at our house and helped us diagnose that after 14 years our water heater was done.

They gave us some quotes for tankless and tanked water heater replacements. We went with the tanked option and they were able to remove and haul away our old heater and install a new one on the spot.

Jerald and Aaron were friendly, professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions and got us whatever discounts were available to us. We used Rite Way to replace our AC and because of the amazing customer service they were the first company we thought of for our water heater.

We recommend them highly and took advantage of their 18 month 0% interest financing.

Tech was Anthony. VERY good. Definitely knew what he was doing. Professional. Explained what he found and what repair was needed. We felt confident with the work and his follow up was above and beyond. Will use this company any time we need A/C work again.

Benjamin Bodell, was respectful while working in my home. He was very thorough in checking out my air conditioning unit. He did a good job of replacing the air-conditioner's condensation line.

Great service from the moment I called. They were quick to come the following morning and quickly diagnosed and replaced the issue. They went above and beyond by looking at an additional issue I had and generously fixed it for me. 10/10 would recommend Pedro and Vincent with Rite Way

This business has helped with our plumbing problems in our 1950s house so much. They replaced our water heater several years ago, our a/c unit about the same time, and helped us with 2 huge outside leaks this year. Today Luis was especially helpful since our outside water was going haywire. He was on site as soon as he could and replaced the faulty faucet with one that is much more disability friendly as well. Highly recommend.

I'd like to compliment Nick Zimmerman who did the check and service on our 2 home AC systems. Nick did a great job explaining what he did and what he found. He was courteous, professional, and made several useful suggestions about the system and how to monitor system performance from the smart thermostats.

Kenneth was awesome! He showed me what was wrong with our a/c unit; it turns out frozen coils will stop a Trane! He explained the work to be done and even changed out our air filter.
He was friendly and personable and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rite Way again.
