Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Safari (and indeed other folks we've had from Riteway) was super courteous, friendly, and did a great job explaining what he was working on, and explaining the options we had for our system and giving us the costs to let us decide what we wanted. He even wore shoe covers to keep the inside clean! Riteway even worked with us on an earlier in the day appointment since we needed to get out and about later in the day. So far it has been a very nice company to work with! Only complaint I have is I wish we could get a window of time before the appointment day to make it easier to plan things (e.g. 8-noon, etc.).

Keith was on time, explained the maintenance i needed for my hot water heater and why.
Today Ryan Morse came out to do routine maintenance for my AC units. Again every thing was explained, filters were changed &. AC is running fine.
Neither of these employees tried to upsell me services not needed, which has been my experience with other companies!

From the time the first service person arrived at our house, until the time our new HVAC was installed - the service was impeccable. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and property. Highly recommend Rite-Way and their installation team: Emanuel, Bobby, Jacob, Jose, Jonathan, and of course the project manager - Aaron Estees.

Luis the technician was absolutely outstanding. His repair was quick and efficient, and he was extremely informative and educational. After my experience with Rite Way starting off badly (Told by dispatch scheduler day before that appointment was between 0800-1200 only to be told at 1150 that appt was never put in system), Luis' ten - star service almost made up for the initial dispatch scheduler making me unnecessarily miss an entire day's pay due to the scheduling error. Also, the subsequent representatives that I spoke to after the one who mishandled my appointment were very helpful, understanding, and pleasant.

They were great when they came out to see us. Very professional and friendly. Very thorough on what we needed at a great price. Very happy choosing Rite Way. We will be calling them only for all our heating and cooling needs. Great company! Very satisfied. Brian J Gregory came out to see us twice to make sure we were taken care of. Very professional and helped us with any questions we had. Helped us to connect our thermostat to wifi. Very nice gentleman. Alex Banales came to do an inspection of our new unit after 6 months. He was very thorough, explained everything. I was very pleased.

Jacob Abelowitz and his crew, Joseph and Melina, were awesome! They removed 2 swamp coolers and an old AC unit and replaced it with a new 2-speed unit. It was a lot to do and they worked non-stop from 8 in the morning until everything was working at 8:30 at night! They cleaned everything up and explained how it all worked. Very much appreciated!

My husband and I were very impressed with Angela! She took the time to listen, asked questions and was very kind and professional! She is and asset to Rite Way! WE would happily recommend her and Rite Way because of her. She is awesome!!

I was extremely happy with the communication level from Rite Way on all points of contact. Whether phone, email, or text I was always kept well informed throughout the repair process.

We had a very tricky plumbing repair that required a tedious amount of analysis given the age and build quality of the home. Supervisor Justin Chilton was exceptional and easy to work through the difficult process. I would highly recommend Rite Way based upon Justin's communication and service with us.

Ben was fantastic! He stopped by early, was professional, informative, and thoughtful. He ensured that our system was up and humming and ready for the Tucson summer! He was so impressive that I wound up subscribing to the emergency plan that RiteWay has. Overall a great experience thanks to Ben!

Shawn and his team did excellent work. The craftsmanship is outstanding. They cleaned up everything when finished. He and his team also explained everything when they were finished. I would recommend Rite-Way and Shawn to anyone!
